Abstract: A generator control computer device for operating at least one generator attached to a grid is provided. The generator control computer device includes at least one processor in communication with at least one memory device. The generator control computer device is configured to receive, from at least one sensor, a plurality of sensor readings representing one or more conditions of the at least one generator, calculate a current grid impedance of the grid based on the plurality of sensor readings, determine a steady state stability limit for the at least one generator based on the current grid impedance, and adjust operation of the at least one generator based on the determined steady state stability limit.
Abstract: A terminal device, a method for monitoring battery safety of a terminal device, and a system for monitoring battery safety of a terminal device are provided. The method for monitoring battery safety includes the following steps. A voltage of a battery of the terminal device is acquired in real time, and temperature of each area of a battery surface of the battery is acquired in real time, where the battery surface is divided into multiple areas. Whether a sudden change in voltage has occurred to the battery is determined according to the voltage of the battery acquired in real time, and whether the battery surface has an abnormal temperature area is determined according to the temperature of each area. Upon determining that the sudden change in voltage has occurred to the battery and the battery surface has the abnormal temperature area, the battery is determined to be currently abnormal.

The method comprises determining the battery's state of charge (SOC) and dischargeable capacity to determine the battery's state of energy (SOE), determining the battery's reference dischargeable energy (Eref) and total dischargeable energy (Etot), and comparing the state of energy to the total dischargeable energy to find the residual energy of the battery. The various functions of the method use battery current, cell temperature, and state of health (SOH) as variables for consideration.

The apparel may be manufactured through a process that includes utilizing a force mapping device to obtain data relating to forces upon the plantar surface of the foot. The sock is then formed to have zones of different thickness located to correspond with the areas of the plantar surface subjected to different magnitudes of forces.

Abstract: A rapid detection method for the geometric accuracy of the linear motion axis of an NC machine tool, uses accelerometers to measure the acceleration perpendicular to the direction of motion when the linear motion axis moves at a uniform speed. Firstly, the measuring device is mounted on the linear motion axis, and the upper measurement system automatically performs multi-channel acquisition and storage of the motion point acceleration data. Then, filter the acceleration data at the different speeds. Finally, the displacement data is obtained by quadratic integration of the filtered acceleration data in the time domain. Then calculate the straightness of the linear motion axis using the End Point Fit method, and complete the rapid measurement of the straightness of the linear motion axis of the machine tool. This can realize the rapid measurement of the geometric accuracy of the linear motion axis of the machine tool.

Abstract: Systems and methods for monitoring and assessing road conditions are disclosed herein that receive raw data comprising information indicative of road conditions from various types of remote devices. The road condition data may be normalized based on the type of the remote device and the normalized road condition data may be stored. A road condition model may be generated based on the normalized road condition data and using the device location. The road condition model may be used to identify pothole locations, rate road segments, etc. The road condition model may apply various data set weightings and learning algorithms to present an accurate result. The road condition model may be optimized based on feedback from city personnel and other sources of information to determine the accuracy of the model outputs. The road condition model may also be trained to ensure accuracy.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for controlling a tester, related medium and electronic device are provided. The apparatus includes a vibration data collector attached on a side wall of the tester to collect vibration data from the tester during operation thereof. The method includes: receiving the vibration data collected by the vibration data collector; comparing the vibration data with a predetermined threshold to generate a comparison result; and controlling an operating state of the tester based on the comparison result. This method may timely identify any instability of the tester and prompt for repair if necessary. It substantially reduces the time and material costs associated with a test, and thus reduces the non-chip-attributable defect rate.
