Abstract: Implementing methods to provide a shortened textual summary that includes status information that is most pertinent to the user for a plurality of connected smart devices. The method includes determining a list of current statuses for a plurality of enabled smart devices and filtering the list to remove statuses that may not be of interest to the user. The filtering of the list is based on a current context of the requesting user and one or more previous contexts of the user. The resulting filtered statuses are then converted to textual snippets, summarized, and provided to the user via one or more output devices.

Abstract: Implementations of a licensing and ticketing system is provided. In some implementations, a computer-implemented method comprises receiving a request for licensing information at a first computing device. In some implementations, the computer-implemented method further comprises retrieving at the first computing device licensing information from storage on the first computing device wherein the retrieved licensing information includes a unique license number issued by a governmental entity, a name, and a pre-stored photograph. In some implementations, the computer-implemented method further comprises capturing a current photograph at the first computing device after receiving the request for licensing information. In some implementations, the computer-implemented method further comprises transmitting at the first computing device the retrieved licensing information including the pre-stored photograph and the current photograph over a network to the second computing device.

Abstract: A method of providing a base format for Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) power control is disclosed, the method comprising: defining a base format PUCCH based on established relationships with the different formats of PUCCH configured in the network, measuring an acceptable Signal-to-Interference-plus-Noise Ratio (SINR) for PUCCH formats x?{0, . . . , 4} over varying channel, wherein the PUCCH format with a minimum SINR is defined as the Base format for the PUCCH calculations, calculated by multiplying PUCCH_FORMAT_X with the min of the SINR of each of the measurements of the SINR over each of the PUCCH formats.

Abstract: A method includes identifying, from a multitude of raw domain name system records of a source domain, a domain name system pattern corresponding to a raw domain name system record. The domain name system pattern is categorized, by a large language model to obtain a pattern category. A feature vector of the source domain is generated based on the multitude of raw domain name system records and the pattern category. The feature vector is compared to a historical feature vector of the source domain to obtain a feature vector difference. The feature vector difference is categorized to obtain an email stack change event of the source domain. An email volume index score is calculated based on the feature vector and the email stack change event for the source domain. The source domain and the email volume index score are transmitted to a user application.

Abstract: A network device includes at least one wireless communication device for transmitting data and/or for storing received data by energy received from a transmitting device by induction. The wireless communication device includes or is connected to an ID memory operable by the received energy, in which at least one UAID (unified address identification) can be stored, and which can be read out or (over)written by the wireless communication device. An operating memory is provided, in which an operating data of the network device, which is at least partially necessary for the operation of the network device, can be stored. A method for manufacturing the network device includes assembling the device, storing primary configuration data, generating secondary configuration data, storing the secondary configuration data in a central processing memory, and overwriting the primary configuration data in the network device with the secondary configuration data.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method and a system that presents a framework for efficient agent communication, focusing on dialogues represented as directed graphs (DGs) to govern message flows. Each dialogue, embodying potential messages and replies, is managed at a session level, allowing multiple concurrent sessions between agent pairs. Invalid message transitions within sessions are gracefully handled with error messages. Initially offering fixed communication patterns, developers fill these patterns with concrete model definitions, customizing communication flows. Explicit decorators link message transitions to models, providing clear guidance. Sessions are asynchronous, supporting resumption post-interruption and enforced timeouts for completion. A dedicated storage system retains session information for context resumption and developer-specific data. The method ensures concurrency, maintaining valid global states amidst limited resource management by the autonomous agents.

Abstract: Techniques for tenant-driven dynamic resource allocation in network functions virtualization infrastructure (NFVI). In one example, an orchestration system is operated by a data center provider for a data center and that orchestration system comprises processing circuitry coupled to a memory; logic stored in the memory and configured for execution by the processing circuitry, wherein the logic is operative to: compute an aggregate bandwidth for a plurality of flows associated with a tenant of the data center provider and processed by a virtual network function, assigned to the tenant, executing on a server of the data center; and modify, based on the aggregate bandwidth, an allocation of compute resources of the server executing the virtual network function.

Abstract: Discarding of PDU sets associated with DRBs of a RAN can be managed. A discard manager component (DMC) can determine whether a congestion condition exists with regard to a DRB(s) associated with a DU or CU-UP based on congestion information associated with DRB(s). If congestion is in DRB(s) associated with DU, DU can communicate a congestion indicator to DMC of the CU-UP. In response to detecting a congestion condition associated with DRB(s), DMC can determine a PDU set, present in buffer of CU-UP and associated with congested DRB(s), that has highest PSI value, set highest PSI value as threshold PSI value for discarding, and discard, from buffer, data packet(s) of PDU set(s), associated with congested DRB(s), that satisfies threshold PSI value. If congestion is still not resolved, DMC can adjust threshold PSI value, and discard data packet(s) of PDU set(s) that satisfies adjusted threshold PSI value.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for data management are described. A data management system (DMS), configured to manage backup data stored across a set of storage nodes for one or more customers of the DMS, may obtain an indication that an activation value of a feature for a first customer of the one or more customers has changed. The feature may be associated with management of the backup data, and the activation value may indicate if the feature is enabled for the first customer. The DMS may output, to a message queue accessible to the set of storage nodes and based on the indication that the activation value for the feature for the first customer has changed, a notification for one or more storage nodes to invalidate a cache entry associated with the feature for the first customer.

Abstract: A method of noise reduction, including: collecting configuration data with agents from configuration items, transmitting the collected configuration data to a server for processing, blocking receipt of selected configuration data by a server load protection module to protect the server from overload, storing the configuration data at the server in a storage, processing the configuration data with a batch noise detection module that identifies noise in the configuration data; the batch noise detection module deduces rules based on the identified noise and stores the rules in a data knowledge repository, receiving a user query from a user using a front-end module, analyzing the configuration data with an analytical module to transform the configuration data to be aligned with the user query, responsive to the analysis applying a runtime noise detection module to identify and suppress transformed configuration data to remove irrelevant transformed configuration data.

Abstract: Methods, devices, systems, and computer readable media with instructions for group text communications between multiple devices, along with communication of associated data and automatic deletion of communications, are described. One embodiment involves generating a first ephemeral group chat, receiving a first ephemeral chat message, associated with one or more deletion triggers, and transmitting the first ephemeral message; and receiving, from at least the second client device, chat monitoring information comprising first deletion trigger information. In various embodiments, coordinated presentation and deletion of ephemeral chat messages are managed in a variety of ways.

Abstract: A network device may determine a token refresh interval, and may generate tokens for a rate limiter based on the token refresh interval. The network device may receive packets or requests to be processed by the rate limiter, and may monitor a consumption of the tokens by the packets or requests during a time interval. The network device may adjust the token refresh interval based on the consumption and to generate a new token refresh interval, and may generate new tokens for the rate limiter based on the new token refresh interval.

Abstract: An apparatus comprises a memory and a processor communicatively coupled to one another. The processor is configured to access one or more release versions of one or more services matching the communication device information, copy a first release version onto a centralized data repository, transform a predefined format of the first release version to a localized format that associates the first release version to the centralized data repository, parse the first release version to determine information elements, categorize each information element, generate release triggers for each information element in accordance with corresponding priority tiers, attach the release triggers to the first release version comprising the localized format in the centralized data repository, generate a report referencing that the first release version is available for installing at the centralized data repository, and broadcast the report to the at least one communication device matching the communication device information.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a system including: one or more probes in a communication network; a processing system including a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations of: collecting data from the one or more probes and application program interfaces of network elements in the communication network; converting the data into semantic vectors using an embedding model; storing the semantic vectors in a vector database; using foundation models to generate outputs based on the semantic vectors; generating synthetic data using a generative adversarial network, wherein the synthetic data is used test the foundation models; using federated reinforcement to incorporate human feedback into the semantic vectors; and managing the communication network based on the outputs. The global identification information may correspond to a network slice, and different network slices correspond to different values of global identification information. A global network identifier corresponds to one or more interface resource objects. One interface resource object may be occupied by one network slice alone, or one interface resource object may be jointly shared by a plurality of network slices.

Abstract: Example methods and systems for health-aware overlay packet forwarding are described. In one example, a first computer system may monitor multiple paths between a first tunnel endpoint (TEP) group and a second TEP group. The first computer system may update health information to indicate that at least a first path is healthy, and a second path is unhealthy. In response to detecting an egress packet that is associated with a packet flow, the first computer system may map the egress packet to the first path instead of the second path based on the health information. The first computer system may generate and forward an encapsulated packet along the first path towards the second computer system, wherein the encapsulated packet includes the egress packet and an outer header that is addressed from a first TEP to a second TEP associated with the first path.

Abstract: A technique for identifying an opt-out status for a user's mobile or other computing device without relying exclusively on client-side storage or primarily on the use of non-determinative mechanisms is discussed. Embodiments provide server-based or otherwise hosted techniques of accurately identifying devices of users that wish to opt-out of having their device activity tracked. These techniques enable accurate identification of a device's opt-out status even in the absence of a client-side opt-out indicator.
