    Abstract: A documentation system that allows adequate control of documentation in addition to an assessment of skills of the professionals involved includes a plurality of sections, each section dedicated to a particular body system. Each of the sections has disposed therein a plurality of peel-off labels, each label providing a series of assessment steps. Each of the labels has a distinctive color associated with the particular section that it is disposed in, with the text also being in the associated distinctive color. A diagnostic label is also provided which has the title thereof in the distinctive color with the type thereof being in black and white. The labels are operable to be removed and temporarily placed on the chart of the patient during an acute episode, incident or accident.

    Abstract: An artist's sketching device wherein a sketch pad is bound to a back which presents a viewing window positioned adjacent the pad. A transparent sheet secured to the back has an upper portion over-laying the window, and a lower portion which is liftable so that pages of the pad can be placed beneath it and any single page upon it. Upper proportioning lines displayed in the upper portion of the sheet define sections of the window. Lower proportioning lines on the lower portion of the sheet are discernible through a page residing thereover to define areas of the page which correspond to proportionally similar sections of the window.

The device comprises a horizontal base component having a mirror thereon and a vertical component adjustably mounted to the base component with a second mirror mounted on the vertical component. An image of a model placed in front of the device is reflected from the second mirror on to the horizontal mirror. A viewfinder is formed on the vertical component so that a person looking through the viewfinder can observe the reflected image of the model.     Abstract: A method of demonstrating the advantage in production efficiency of non-synchronous conveyor lines over synchronous conveyor lines. There is provided an elongated diagram illustrating parallel conveyor lines with an equal number of paired, opposed operator work stations in each line, one line representing a synchronous line and the other line representing a non-synchronous line, the non-synchronous line being provided with queue patterns between each work station. There is an electrically controlled work station box between each pair of opposed synchronous and non-synchronous work stations on the mat, each box having a set of "go/no-go" visual indicators. A signal controller is coupled to each of the operating station boxes, the controller being programmed to provide control signals in a random fashion to each of the paired work stations. A plurality of workpieces are provided for each conveyor line.
