Abstract: In accordance with embodiments of the present invention, an ink-jet ink can comprise a dye and a liquid vehicle carrying the dye. The liquid vehicle can include a sulfonated aromatic compound present in the ink-jet ink at an effective concentration to cause improvement of ozone fastness of said ink-jet ink.

Abstract: An inkjet aqueous ink that prevents paper deformation and exhibits superior print quality and latency. The inkjet aqueous ink contains not less than 15% by mass and not more than 40% by mass of a polyglycerol having an average polymerization degree of 4 or greater, not less than 5% by mass and not more than 20% by mass of at least one of 1,3-propanediol and diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, and not less than 40% by mass and not more than 60% by mass of water.
