Abstract: A construction blocks assembly set is provided. The construction block assembly set has a plurality of generally flat boxes which may be folded into generally cube, rectangle, prisms or other shaped boxes. The boxes may be easily folded and secured in the folded orientation (cube, prism, etc) without the need for tape or other securing devices. Openings on the boxes allow for a clip to be inserted into in order to secure multiple boxes together to form a fort, a house, a clubhouse, a storefront, a castle building or other structure.

Abstract: A device including a base sheet, a top sheet fixed to the base sheet, and a profile cut into the top sheet delineating a foldable shape from a flat shape in the top sheet, wherein the foldable shape moves between a lowered position and a raised position. The flat shape has a forwardly-directed edge, projecting above the base sheet to define a stop formed by both the base sheet and the top sheet, and against which a rearwardly-directed edge of the foldable shape rests when the foldable shape is in the raised position.

A method of making a structure includes a first step of providing a plurality of construction units. There is second step of connecting at least one of the magnetic connectors of a first one of the construction units with at least one of another one of the magnetic connectors of the first one of the construction units, and at least one of the magnetic connectors of a second one of the construction units, whereby the structure is formed.

Abstract: A sprinkler toy device and method are provided. In use, a flow stream is received at a connector of a sprinkler base. Next, the flow stream is conveyed to a rotatable arm, wherein the rotatable arm allows for 360 degree movement in a first axis direction. Additionally, the flow stream is then conveyed to a flexible tubular member connected to a metal coil, wherein the metal coil allows for movement in a second axis direction, and the flexible tubular member is capable of movement in the first axis direction and the second axis direction. Further, the flow stream is conveyed to one or more objects connected to the flexible tubular member and the flow stream is expelled through one or more spray valves attached to each of the one or more objects.

Abstract: A puzzle game including a number map having a 9×9 grid filled 9 number sets, where each number set includes the numbers 1 through 9. The 9 number sets form unique shapes comprised of 9 grid squares, where each number from each number set is connected at a side of a square in the grid to the other numbers in the set. Corresponding to each number set is a tile group comprised of 9 transparent tiles of the same color, where each tile group is a different color. To solve the puzzle every tile must be placed adjacent a tile of the same color within a single number set. Same color tiles must be placed on a different number within a single number set. The puzzle is solved when each number set is covered by tiles of the same color and the grid completely covered by tiles.

Abstract: The educational and socially interactive learning game includes a plurality of game boards, each game board having different uniquely identifiable indicia; a plurality of sets of game pieces, each game board having a corresponding set in which each game piece has the same identifiable indicia as the corresponding game board; a die having indicia on its faces, each game board having a face of the die bearing its corresponding identifiable indicia; and a plurality of game cards. Each player begins with a game board and corresponding of game pieces. Once the die is cast, the player who cast the die must ask a question eliciting personal information from the player whose game board corresponds to the indicia on the die, or play an educational game with that player. The players then exchange game pieces. The game ends when one player obtains a game piece from each of the other players.

Abstract: A piñata defined in part by a front wall and a flap that selectively covers an open bottom. The flap is positionable between an open and closed position. Box holes are formed through the front wall. At least one finger extends from the flap. Each finger has a key hole formed there through. Each finger abuts against the front wall so that each key hole aligns with a box hole. A removable pull tab extends through the box hole and through the key hole wherever the box hole and key hole align. The presence of the removable pull tab prevents the flap from moving to an open position under the weight of the loose objects. When all the pull tabs that engage a key hole are removed, the flap can swing to an open position.

Abstract: A game board includes: a field plate; a rod-shaped manipulation lever disposed under the field plate; and a player figure which is disposed above the field plate and make a play on a ball located on the field plate. The field plate has a long through-hole. The player figure is attached to the manipulation lever through the through-hole. The player figure is movable above the field plate as the manipulation lever is moved in its axial direction, and is rotatable about a pivot portion of the player figure by a rotation manipulation on the manipulation lever. The field plate has, beside the through-hole, a ball holding portion to allow the ball to stay. Part of the player figure is capable of coming into contact with the ball staying in the ball holding portion.

Abstract: A constructional toy comprising a plurality of elements which can be assembled together to form a variety of three dimensional structures. The elements include a triangular prism shaped brick element comprising a plurality of walls. The walls define a male mating side having a male engagement feature which extends from the brick. The walls also define a female mating side which defines a cavity configured for receiving an engagement feature of the same configuration as provided on the male mating side.

Abstract: A re-configurable game board set can be used to play a variety of games in a variety of configurations and can be compacted for easy storage or transportation. The game board set can be of a size to easily fit on a tabletop and can use coins or similar tokens as playing pieces. Abstract: A pop action toy assembly having an elastomeric body that is defined primarily by a first surface and a second surface. The elastomeric body is selectively positionable between a normal orientation, where the first surface faces outwardly, and an inverted orientation, where the second surface faces outwardly. In use, the elastomeric body is manually inverted. As the inverted body strikes the ground, the toy assembly pops from an inverted orientation back into its normal orientation. A knob is molded at part of the elastomeric body. The knob can be used to hold the toy assembly when inverted. If the toy assembly is inverted and strikes the ground, the knob act to increase the rebounding force by adding significant mass to the moving apex of the toy assembly.
