Patent number: 12591958Abstract: A method and a system for enhancing contrast for an electro-optical video for live streaming is disclosed. An image block from an electro-optical frame of a video is received, where a number of pixels in the image block are identified to compute intensity of the image block. A distribution of intensity of the number of pixels in the image block is determined, and from the distribution, a degree of variation is determined, where a lower threshold and upper threshold for the intensity are determined. An upper set of pixels and a lower set of pixels is determined, which is then used to modify the distribution. The degree of variation is modified to determine uniformity in distribution intensity. A transform using the uniformity is constructed to enhance the contrast of the image block. The contrast of all image blocks of the electro-optical is enhanced by applying the transform.Type: GrantFiled: March 16, 2023Date of Patent: March 31, 2026Assignee: Cubic CorporationInventor: Nemanja Savić

Patent number: 12592093Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for verifying the authenticity of physical objects by implementing an immutable chain of physical object provenance. The invention provides for verifying the provenance of a unique physical object such as a collectible by processing an image of the collectible and associating it with identification information of the user and geolocation information associated with the collectible, and storing that information in a datastore. The invention then provides for generating a segment mask by submitting the image and one or more prompts to a segmentation component, which will return a mask that can be used to match a subsequent purported image of the collectible to verify its authenticity. Any subsequent changes will likewise be stored on the blockchain to provide an immutable chain of provenance.Type: GrantFiled: September 28, 2023Date of Patent: March 31, 2026Assignee: SnowGhost Inc.Inventors: Brett Allen, Matthew Crest, Ty Kennedy-Bowdoin, William Mitsakos, Kim Brandwijk

Patent number: 12591990Abstract: Disclosed in embodiments of the present disclosure are a method and an apparatus for generating a spatial geometric information estimation model, a computer-readable storage medium, and an electronic device. The method includes: acquiring point cloud data collected for a preset scene and a scene image captured for the preset scene; determining coordinates corresponding to the point cloud data in a camera coordinate system corresponding to the scene image; determining, based on the coordinates, annotation spatial geometric information of a target pixel in the scene image corresponding to the point cloud data; and training an initial model by using the scene image as an input of a preset initial model and the annotation spatial geometric information of the target pixel as an expected output of the initial model, to obtain a spatial geometric information estimation model.Type: GrantFiled: March 22, 2022Date of Patent: March 31, 2026Assignee: Beijing Horizon Information Technology Co., Ltd.Inventors: Jiafeng Xie, Wei Sui, Teng Chen, Qian Zhang

Patent number: 12561843Abstract: The invention relates to a method for managing image data in an motor vehicle lighting system, the lighting system including at least one lighting module intended to project light beams generated on the basis of data relating to the selection of at least one image. The method including receiving an instruction to activate at least one image to be projected, converting the original image into N grey levels, determining, for each pixel in each row in the matrix, whether the pixel under analysis is a significant point of inflection, storing the pixel under analysis as a compressed pixel in a list when the pixel under analysis is considered to be a significant point of inflection, and transmitting the list to the at least one lighting module so that it is able to project a resulting image.Type: GrantFiled: April 22, 2021Date of Patent: February 24, 2026Assignee: Valeo VisionInventors: Yasser Almehio, Hafid El Idrissi, Constantin Prat

Patent number: 12536667Abstract: A method for segmentation of high-contrast objects in X-ray images includes receiving an X-ray projection image through an interface. The X-ray projection image includes a plurality of pixels. An image processing processor determines, for one or more pixels of the received X-ray projection image, whether the respective pixel is a shadow pixel representing a projection mapping of a high-contrast object. High-contrast object segmentation of one or more high-contrast objects is generated for the X-ray projection image based on the shadow pixels. The determination of shadow pixels includes, for the respective pixel of the received X-ray projection image, determining a ratio of the scattered radiation intensity to be assigned to the primary radiation intensity to be assigned to the pixel, comparing the ratio with a scatter-primary threshold value, and classifying the pixel, wherein the pixel is classified as a shadow pixel if the ratio is greater than the scatter-primary threshold value.Type: GrantFiled: September 15, 2022Date of Patent: January 27, 2026Assignee: Siemens Healthineers AGInventor: Bernd Schreiber

Patent number: 12536629Abstract: An image processing method and an electronic device are disclosed. The image processing method includes: displaying a first screen in a first shooting mode, where the first screen includes a first control; detecting a first operation on the first control; in response to the first operation, determining a first mapping in gamma processing and a second mapping in a two-dimensional lookup table, where the first mapping corresponds to the first control, the second mapping corresponds to the first control, and the first mapping is associated with the second mapping; obtaining a to-be-processed image; and processing the to-be-processed image based on the first mapping and the second mapping to obtain a first image. On the basis of the technical method of this application, computational load of electronic devices during image processing can be effectively reduced.Type: GrantFiled: May 9, 2022Date of Patent: January 27, 2026Assignee: HONOR DEVICE CO., LTD.Inventors: Dongmiao Xi, Tao Shao, Meng Jin, Wenhong Zhang
