Abstract: The tape reel includes the cylindrical portion and a bottom portion having an installation surface on which the cylindrical portion is installed upright. The installation surface has a central surface located on a center side of the bottom portion, and a first inclined surface formed on an outer peripheral portion of the central surface along a peripheral direction of the cylindrical portion and inclined such that a wall thickness of the bottom portion gradually decreases toward an outer peripheral side. A through hole penetrating the bottom portion is formed in the outer peripheral portion, a pair of wall portions are installed upright on the first inclined surface on both sides of the through hole in the peripheral direction, and a second inclined surface having an inclination angle smaller than an inclination angle of the first inclined surface with respect to the central surface is formed on a surface of each of the wall portions, which is connected to the central surface.
Abstract: In some implementations, a reeling device may receive material via a receiving end of a set of guiding blocks positioned around a reel. The set of guiding blocks are configured with an opening at the receiving end and with one or more inner surfaces configured to guide the material on a path around a surface of the reel. The one or more inner surfaces of the set of guiding blocks are arc-shaped to generally follow the surface of the reel. The reeling device may operate a motor that rotates the reel in a loading direction to facilitate loading the material onto the reel. The set of guiding blocks travel generally away from the surface of the reel based on the material being received and/or the motor operating in the loading direction.

Abstract: A reel chock is disclosed according to various embodiments. The reel chock can include a chock body that has a width that extends along a pivot axis. The reel chock also can include a pivot plate attached to the chock body. The pivot plate can be transverse to the pivot axis. The reel chock also can include a pivot arm that is rotatably connected to the pivot plate such that the pivot arm rotates about the pivot axis. The pivot arm can include a fastener portion that extends at least partially over the chock body.
Abstract: A sheet feeding device includes a sensor, a roller, and a support on which the sensor and the roller are disposed. The support supports the sensor and the roller so that the sensor and the roller contact a surface of the sheet roll. The sensor and the roller face toward an axial center of the sheet roll. The roller is spaced apart from the sensor in a circumferential direction of the sheet roll. The sensor has a detection accuracy capable of detecting a step at a leading end of the sheet roll.
Abstract: A sheet supplying apparatus, which is capable of winding a sheet tightly, includes a driving unit configured to cause a roll including a wound consecutive sheet to rotate in a first direction for feeding the sheet or a second direction opposite to the first direction, a sensor that detects a leading end portion of the sheet separated from an outer circumferential surface of the roll, and a contact body that presses the outer circumferential surface. Before the sheet is fed, in a state in which the contact body presses the outer circumferential surface, the driving unit causes the roll to continuously rotate in the second direction until a detection cycle of the leading end portion by the sensor is less than a predetermined value.
Abstract: A house wrapping device to connect to a wall of a building, the house wrapping device including a main body having an elongate shape, a wrap receiving rod perpendicularly disposed away from a first end of the main body with respect to a direction to receive a house wrap roll thereon and dispense a house wrap from the house wrap roll, and a wedge perpendicularly disposed away from a second end of the main body opposite to the first end with respect to the direction to removably connect the main body to the wall and prevent the main body from falling off the wall.
Abstract: A drum assembly includes a support bar, expandable spokes extending away from the support bar, drum segments mounted to the expandable spokes, support brackets disposed on the support bar, a primary mechanical actuator extending between the support brackets, and secondary mechanical actuators extending from the support brackets.

Abstract: In one aspect, the present disclosure is directed to a dispenser assembly for dispensing supplies of sheet material. The dispensing assembly can include a carrier supporting the supplies of sheet material and being moveable along a track between various dispensing positions. The dispenser assembly also can include a carrier pivoting assembly with a lever that engages one of the supplies of sheet material and rotates during dispensing thereof, as well as one or more biased pins connected to the lever and configured to engage locking features provided along the track to support the carrier in one of the dispensing positions. The biased pins further can be configured to retract with rotation of the lever such that they disengage the locking features so the carrier to moves along the track to different dispensing position. Other aspects also are described.
Abstract: A method for providing rolls of material for use in sheet form, particularly aluminum for food uses, comprising a step of rewinding the material for use in sheet form in order to form a roll; the rewinding step is provided by winding the material for use in sheet form directly on a rewinding shaft, with the material for use in sheet form in contact with a cylindrical outer lateral surface of the rewinding shaft, which is actuated with a rotary motion about its longitudinal axis, so as to obtain a coreless roll.
Abstract: The invention is directed to an organizing device for cables comprising a spool, wherein the spool comprises: a barrel; an upper flange affixed to a first side of the barrel; and a lower flange affixed to a second side of the barrel, wherein the barrel is elliptical and wherein the upper flange and the lower flange each extend outwardly beyond the barrel.

Abstract: There is provided a film dispenser including a pre-stretch assembly, a dancer bar and a dancer bar control assembly. In response to a variation of a film feed requirement, the dancer bar is movable over a displacement range between a first position and at least one second position. The dancer bar is in the first position when a tension in the material web is below a threshold and in the at least one second position when the tension in the material web is equal to or above the threshold. The dancer bar control assembly is connected to the pre-stretch assembly and the dancer bar and is configured to bias the dancer bar with a constant force over the displacement range, monitor a displacement of the dancer bar and generate a speed command based thereon, and send the speed command to a motor to adjust the film delivery speed.
