    Abstract: A water balloon target game for bursting a water filled balloon above a game participant includes a frame of base support members (30, 32), a front and a side participant protector screen (36,38), a plurality of water balloon support members (12, 12a, 12b), a water balloon support seat (14), and an impact activating balloon bursting device (20) with an associated connecting rod (24) which mounts a cocking pin (22) at one end and a target (26) at an opposite end exterior of the frame. The base support members surround a conventional seat (not shown) and provide attachment for the protector screens by hook clips (34) at the front and target sides of the frame. The balloon support seat (14), of a predetermined size and adapted to support a variety of sizes of water balloons, is connected to the balloon support members and is centered above the seat which is occupied by the game participant. In operation, the balloon bursting device is cocked and a filled water balloon is placed on the balloon support seat.

Preferably, said gravity operated mechanism is at least one weight adjustably suspended from at least one suspension rod, the end of one weight comprising the point connected to the at least one support system, the at least one suspension rod extending substantially horizontally in its position stand, and vertically in its position corresponding to the playing position of the basketball-stand.

Additionally, cue stick tips are provided with luminescent material along with the billiard balls. A cabinet is also provided for charging the cue sticks and balls with concentrated light, for billiard tables not equipped with automatic ball returns, the light is activated upon closure of the cabinet and includes highly reflective interior surfaces. A ball bin charging light is also provided for charging balls on billiard tables equipped with automatic ball returns, while the charging light is also utilized to transmit light, optic fibers, to desired locations on the billiard table.

The cover is made of supported fabric whereby each pocket is provided with an opening larger than the diameter of a saucer in all horizontal dimensions, and resilient sides and back and top and bottom which when impacted by a saucer will absorb the energy of the saucer and decrease its velocity to zero and a bottom which will collect the saucers thrown into the pocket.

The workout system emulates a fighting (combat) environment where the player (the person who workouts) fights against the ball shooter. The player throws balls at the ball-shooter while the ball-shooter shoots at the player with a plurality of different-colored balls (to signal different defensive actions by the player) and with pseudo-random striking positions. A ball-collecting net is erected behind the player to collect balls shooting from the ball-shooter. Similarly, a ball-collecting target is erected at the shooter to collect balls thrown by the player. Scores are kept by counting balls inside the net and the target after each fighting run.

The game apparatus includes a ring-shaped element called a "root", at least two stakes, and a ball. The root has a shape which permit easier rolling of the ball into the root. The game is played by players on opposing teams standing behind their respective stakes which are separated a distance apart, throwing the root toward their opponent's stake, and then throwing the ball toward either the root or the opponent's stake. Points are scored according to where the root and ball land, how they land, what they contact, and where the ball travels when it is tossed or thrown. Game play ends when a player's score reaches a set number of points or when a player lands the ball within the root which itself encircles the opponent's stake.
