  • Patent number: 10082044
Abstract: A turning apparatus (30) includes an electric motor (41), a moving gear (53) that is movable between a first position at which rotation of an output shaft (43) of the electric motor (41) is able to be transmitted to a rotor (11), and a second position and a third position, which are different from each other and at which rotation of the output shaft (43) is unable to be transmitted to the rotor (11), a movement mechanism (60) configured to move the moving gear (53) between the first position, the second position and the third position, and a control device (61) configured to control the movement mechanism (60) based on a retreat signal such that the moving gear (53) is moved from the first position to the second position and control the movement mechanism (60) based on an adhesion prevention signal such that the moving gear (53) reciprocates between the second position and the third position.

  • Patent number: 10077807
Abstract: There is provided a composite plain bearing having excellent heat resistance, creep resistance under high surface pressure, low friction, abrasion resistance, and other characteristics while being capable of manufacture with high productivity. A composite plain bearing (1) comprising an ingot metal plate (2) and a resin layer (3) comprises a resin composition in which an aromatic polyether ketone resin or the like is used as a base resin, wherein the resin layer (3) is overlaid by injection molding and integrally provided on the surface on the surface of the ingot metal plate (2) to a thickness of 0.1 to 0.7 mm. The ingot metal plate (2) is chemically surface-treated on a face joined to the resin layer (3).

  • Patent number: 10071486
Abstract: The invention relates to an articulated apparatus for guiding a relative movement of components into a target position, which may be the operating position of a micromanipulator arrangement. The articulated apparatus has multiple parts, which are movable with respect to each other. Two stop devices are used which, in combination, imitate the “latching-in” of a conventional latching device, but offer a considerably greater level of precision. A combined stop position is settable as said target position in which the first stop position and the second stop position are both present. The invention uses two stop devices in order to imitate the leaving of the “latched” target position in two directions as in the case of latching. Such articulated apparatus may be typically used with a micromanipulator arrangement of a cytobiological or microbiological workstation.

  • Patent number: 10041573
Abstract: A roller screw mechanism comprising a screw having an outer thread, a nut disposed around and coaxially with the screw. The nut includes an inner thread. A plurality of rollers are disposed radially between the screw and the nut and are each provided with an outer thread engaged with the outer and inner threads of the screw and of the nut and with two outer gear teeth. The mechanism additionally comprises two synchronizing gear teeth that are formed on the nut and are each engaged with one of the gear teeth of the rollers. The root diameter of each gear teeth is less than the inside diameter of the inner thread of the nut.

  • Patent number: 10016245
Abstract: Provided is a joint mechanism including two spur gears and; a support member that supports the two spur gears and so as to be rotatable about two joint shafts and that are disposed in a skew-lines positional relationship with a space between each other; and a rotational-force transmitting mechanism that transmits a rotational force between the spur gears and, wherein the rotational-force transmitting mechanism is provided with a transmission member formed of a rigid piece that is supported so as to be movable only in a direction parallel to a line of intersection between planes and that are respectively orthogonal to the two joint shafts and cam mechanisms or linkage mechanisms that are disposed between the transmission member and the two spur gears and, respectively, and that convert rotational motions of the spur gears and to a linear motion of the transmission member.

  • Patent number: 10012311
Abstract: A hydraulic control system for a transmission includes a reverse, a low gear ratio, and a high gear ratio during default conditions where the transmission loses electronic control. The hydraulic control system also provides neutral locked turbine capability that engages clutches to lock the transmission input shaft in order to generate heat. The hydraulic control system includes a manual valve, a default enable valve, a default select valve, and a plurality of clutch regulation valves. The neutral locked turbine capability may be engaged when the manual valve is in either a park or neutral position.
