Meanwhile, the gradient chain may also make the gradient chain have the voltage distributing uniformity by adjusting the lengths of and the gaps between the electrode elements, so that the electrode loop is effectively distributed around the electroconductive substrate to form the homogenized electric field effect, thereby satisfying the narrow-edge design requirement.
