When the handle is pressed to deform the resilient arm, the levers are retracted towards each other, so that distal ends of the levers are in alignment with the cutout, the side panel is thus detachable from the cage.

A fuel cartridge for supplying liquid fuel to the power generation portion is incorporated in the body portion.
