  • Publication number: 20240174480
Abstract: A spool tension system is disclosed for a spooled multi-line elongate carrier connected between a ground vehicle and a spooling apparatus, in order to connect the ground vehicle to services. A terminal of the ground vehicle is coupled to one end of the elongate carrier via a sensing arrangement which is arranged to provide a signal indicating tension at the end of the elongate carrier. The spooling apparatus is arranged to spool the elongate carrier in response to the signal, such that the tension in the elongate carrier is regulated during movement of the ground vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20240132301
Abstract: A conveyor device for advancing articles adapted to contain a pourable product and having an input station, at which the articles are fed to the conveyor device; an output station, at which the articles exit the conveyor device; a fixed endless track defining an endless path passing through the input station and the output station; and at least one article-holding device movably coupled to the track and configured to receive and support one article at a time and to advance the article along the endless path from the input station to the output station. The endless path comprises a rotation branch arranged downstream of the input station and upstream of the output station, relative to the direction of advancement of the articles along the endless path. Each article is rotatable about its longitudinal axis along the rotation branch by magnetic-inductive interaction between the article-holding device and the track.

  • Patent number: 11953982
Abstract: Embodiments include in response to monitoring a processor during operation, detecting a first number of core recovery events in the processor, determining that the first number of core recovery events fulfills a first condition for the first core recovery events threshold, and modifying a value of at least one droop sensor parameter of the processor by a first amount. The at least one droop sensor parameters affects a sensitivity to a voltage droop. In response to modifying the value of the droop sensor parameter by the first amount, a second number of core recovery events is detected in the processor. It is determined that the second number of core recovery events fulfills a second condition for a second core recovery events threshold, and the value of the at least one droop sensor parameter is modified by a second amount.

  • Publication number: 20240108983
Abstract: A computer device which is configured to provide a computer game responsive to user inputs, the computer device having a user interface comprising a display which is configured to display an initial game board of the computer game comprising user actuatable game elements and an avatar element at an initial avatar location of the game board. The gameboard includes an activation element on the game board. An activation condition from an interacting event with the activation element is detected and, responsive to the detection of the activation condition, a path segment extending from the avatar location to a next location on a predetermined path is unlocked. If the path segment is in a first state which permits movement of the avatar element from the avatar location to the next location, the avatar element is automatically moved from the avatar location to the next location without detecting further user input.

  • Publication number: 20240100383
Abstract: An adjustable carriage assembly is configured to be mounted on a frame member of a weight rack and includes a moveable carriage with a plurality of rollers that engage the frame member, as well as a connection structure for connection of an articulating implement. A releasable pin is mounted on the carriage proximate to a rear of the carriage and has an arm configured for engagement to move the releasable pin. The releasable pin is moveable by axial translation between a locked position and an unlocked position to selectively engage the frame member to lock the carriage in position or permit movement of the carriage. A removable pin may be removably received through a pin hole in the carriage to extend through the passage in a direction perpendicular to a direction of axial translation of the releasable pin, to engage the frame member to prevent movement of the carriage.

  • Publication number: 20240057645
Abstract: Refined poultry fat comprising less than about 300 ppm of minerals and metals, wherein the refined poultry fat is resistant to bacterial growth when challenged with a bacterial species. The refined poultry fat is prepared from rendered poultry fat by a process comprising introducing moisture into the rendered poultry fat product to form a hydrated poultry fat product; (b) agitating and heating the hydrated poultry fat product such that droplets of water are dispersed throughout and coalesce with water-soluble impurities and/or particulate impurities in the hydrated poultry fat product to form a plurality of water-laden particles; and (c) removing the plurality of water-laden particles. The refined poultry fat can be used as an ingredient in the animal food industry, or can be used in the renewable energy industry.
