    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of inducing hair follicle neogenesis in the skin of a subject in need by transplanting the mixture of the skin extract or the composition with epidermal cells or fibroblasts into the subject. The skin extract of the present invention is obtained by mincing and mixing a skin tissue with phosphate buffer solution, thawing the skin tissue after freeze. The composition of the present invention includes at least lumican, galectin-1 and apolipoprotein A-I.

Two protrusions extend from each of the two ends of the at least one bit receiving unit and are located above the pivot corresponding thereto. When the bit receiving unit is pivoted upward, the protrusions are engaged with the grooves of the two facing insides of the toolbox so that the bit receiving unit is well positioned. When the bit receiving unit is positioned horizontally, the protrusions are engaged with the recesses of the two facing insides of the toolbox.

The method includes the following steps: (a) sending an Nth test packet to the server, and the Nth test packet requests that the server reply to the electronic apparatus after waiting for an Nth time interval; (b) determining whether a reply for the Nth test package is received; (c) repeating step (a) if the reply for the Nth test packet is received; and calculating a period from the (N?1)th test packet being sent to the reply from the server being received if the reply for the Nth test packet is not received; and (d) sending a keep-alive packet periodically to the server according to the period for maintaining a connection between the electronic apparatus and the server when the electronic apparatus is switched to a standby/sleep mode.
