    Abstract: Described herein are systems, methods, and software to enhance network traffic management. In one implementation, a first host identifies a packet to be transferred from a first virtual machine on the first host to a second virtual machine on a second host. In response to identifying the packet, the first host identifies a source logical port for the first virtual machine, and transferring a communication to the second host, wherein the communication encapsulates the data packet and the source logical port. Once the packet is received by the second host, the second host may use the source logical port to determine a forwarding action for the packet.

    Abstract: Frequency-selective feedback circuits and methods for an amplifier (particularly LNAs) that improve power supply rejection in feedback circuits, reduce non-linearities caused by low-frequency noise coupled to the input of the LNA, and improve settling times of the quiescent bias-point of the LNA. Some embodiments allow multiple modes of operation to allow selection of gain versus linearity characteristics. One aspect of the present invention includes an input matching feedback circuit configured to be coupled between an input terminal of an amplification core and a feedback node in the output signal path of the amplification core, the input matching feedback circuit including a power supply rejection resistor configured to provide a low-impedance path to a reference potential for low-frequency noise.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a fabricating procedure of a radio frequency device, in which a precursor wafer including active layers, SiGe layers, and a silicon handle substrate is firstly provided. Each active layer is formed from doped epitaxial silicon and underneath a corresponding SiGe layer. The silicon handle substrate is over each SiGe layer. Next, the silicon handle substrate is removed completely, and the SiGe layer is removed completely. An etch passivation film is then formed over each active layer. Herein, removing each SiGe layer and forming the etch passivation film over each active layer utilize a same reactive chemistry combination, which reacts differently to the SiGe layer and the active layer. The reactive chemistry combination is capable of producing a variable performance, which is an etching performance of the SiGe layer or a forming performance of the etch passivation film over the active layer.
