Patent number: 11954014Abstract: An automated system is presented for unit testing an application in a mainframe execution environment. A plurality of stub objects reside in the mainframe execution environment, such that each stub object in the plurality of stub objects represents a different stub type. A command translator table is configured with an entry for each command available for an online transaction processor. Each entry in the command translator table specifies a stub type for the command and includes a listing of possible arguments associated with the given command, such that each possible argument in the listing of possible arguments has a specified category type. A test configurator executes in the mainframe execution environment and is configured to receive and parse a test input file. A setup routine interacts with the test configurator to receive records from the test input file.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2022Date of Patent: April 9, 2024Assignee: BMC Software, Inc.Inventors: Glenn Everitt, Douglas Watkins, Sheldon Spurrell, James Wright

Publication number: 20240025601Abstract: A two-part plug assembly is disclosed for a drip-proof spout on an aseptic flexible container for flowable materials. The two-part plug assembly may include a plug and a plug insert, wherein the plug insert may include a flow inhibitor such as a baffle or valve. In a first step, the plug assembly is removably placed in a first position on a spout prior to aseptic filling. During filling, the plug assembly is removed. After filling, the plug insert assembly is replaced in a second position further down the spout wherein the plug insert fixedly engages the spout. When fixedly engaged to the spout, the plug insert remains inside the spout when the plug is removed prior to a user dispensing the flowable material. The flow inhibitor in the plug insert provides protection from leaking when the flexible container is inverted or inadvertently squeezed.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 21, 2023Publication date: January 25, 2024Applicant: Steuben Foods, Inc.Inventors: Dov Z. Publication number: 20170191344Abstract: A method of deploying a deep anode in a cathodic protection system including an anode assembly, a one-piece vent pipe assembly and a reel is disclosed. The anode assembly includes elongated anode. The vent pipe assembly includes a tube having a distal end and an apertured portion having an array of holes in it. A fabric sleeve extends about the apertured portion. The tube, the sleeve and the anode assembly are coiled up on a reel and uncoiled therefrom for extension into the bore hole. The holes in the tube enable gases to vent from the bore hole through the tube. The tube has a predetermined nominal internal diameter sufficient to enable a viscous settable material to be pumped into the tube to seal its interior when it is no longer desired to vent gases.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 17, 2017Publication date: July 6, 2017Inventors: Glenn Wright Shreffler, III, William R. Patent number: 9410253Abstract: An anode assembly and method for installing it in a cathodic protection system for an aboveground storage tank is disclosed. The anode assembly basically comprises an elongated electrically conductive anode, a fabric housing and sand backfill. The fabric housing is a hollow member in which the sand is located and through which the anode extends. The anode includes portions extending out of the housing for connection to the cathodic protection system. The anode assembly is arranged to be installed on a flat prepared surface below the bottom of the storage tank, whereupon the anode assembly's weight hold it flat on that surface without the need for staking or other means to hold the assembly flat. The ground with the anode assembly can then be backfilled to the level of the bottom of the storage tank.Type: GrantFiled: March 11, 2014Date of Patent: August 9, 2016Assignee: Matcor, Inc.Inventor: Glenn Wright Shreffler, III

Patent number: 7694628Abstract: This invention relates to a method that can be used to scientifically fabricate pseudoscents of explosives, which, in their entirety, are comprised of non-energetic materials. It also discloses specific compositions of such pseudoscents, which can be used as energetically-inert-but-odoriferously-identical simulants for a range of explosives and are comprised of non-energetic components of the scent signature of an explosive and/or energetic scent components of the same headspace scent signature that have been rendered non-energetic. The scents achievable by the groups of formulations generated by this method encompass the different types of military and commercial explosives, and the components within the pseudoscents can be tuned to generate simulants representative of different qualities and quantities of such explosives.Type: GrantFiled: March 21, 2006Date of Patent: April 13, 2010Assignee: GMA IndustriesInventors: David B.
