  • Patent number: 9903561
Abstract: A luminaire provides an asymmetric light distribution biased toward a forward horizontal direction. The luminaire includes a luminaire housing, light engines, dome optics, and first and second reflecting surfaces. The light engines emit light downwardly, and are in a row substantially orthogonal to the forward direction. Each of the dome optics is substantially similar, and refracts the light emitted by at least one of the light engines. The first reflecting surface reflects at least a first portion of the refracted light toward the forward direction, is proximate and behind each of the dome optics, forms an approximately vertical angle, and has a height greater than or equal to a height of the dome optics. The second reflecting surface is forward of the dome optics, forms an angle of 45 degrees or more with respect to vertical, and reflects downwardly at least a second portion of the refracted light.

  • Publication number: 20180046576
Abstract: In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a system may include a wear level handler to start a current rotation of a wear level algorithm through a plurality of cache line addresses in a region of memory and a location storer to store a rotation count of the rotation. The system may also include a data mover to move a cache line from the selected cache line address to a gap cache line address corresponding to the additional cache line address and a metadata setter to set a metadata of the gap cache line address to a value corresponding to the current rotation. The system may also include a current position determiner to determine, based on the value of at least one metadata and the rotation count, a current position of the current rotation after a power loss event.

  • Patent number: 9889487
Abstract: An apparatus for crimping a radially expandable stent includes a pressure vessel, shaping balloon, and mandrel. The mandrel is configured to slidingly receive a stent thereon, and to be slidingly advanced into the pressure vessel. The shaping balloon is inflated to radially compress the stent onto the form of the mandrel; such compression need not be uniform. Pressurization of the shaping balloon facilitates the expansion of the balloon to achieve compression of the stent, with depressurization of the shaping balloon causing the balloon to return to an unexpanded state.

  • Patent number: 9891088
Abstract: Technologies are described herein for compensating for inaccuracies in flow measurement in real-time during accumulation of usage. A pulse count indicating an amount of flow in a meter over a measurement period is read. An average flow rate through the meter for the measurement period is determined and a correction factor is looked up from a table based on the average flow rate. A total usage accumulator for the meter is then updated with the amount of flow over the measurement period based on the pulse count and the correction factor.
