Abstract: In one implementation, a footfall detection assembly comprising a sensor underlayment unit and a data analysis device is provided. The sensor underlayment unit comprises a sensor having a unique sensor identifier and a plurality of zones, wherein the sensor is configured to measure zone capacitance in of the plurality of zones, and a processing unit operably connected to the sensor. The processing unit is configured to receive the measured zone capacitance values from the sensor upon the occurrence of a change in measured zone capacitance of the sensor and generate and transmit a data packet comprising at least the unique sensor identifier and measured zone capacitance values upon occurrence of a change in capacitance of at least one of the plurality of zones of the sensor.

Abstract: In particular embodiments, a Personal Data Deletion System is configured to: (1) at least partially automatically identify and delete personal data that an entity is required to erase under one or more of the conditions discussed above; and (2) perform one or more data tests after the deletion to confirm that the system has, in fact, deleted any personal data associated with the data subject. The system may, for example, be configured to test to ensure the data has been deleted by: (1) submitting a unique token of data through a form to a system; (2) in response to passage of an expected data retention time, test the system by calling into the system after the passage of the data retention time to search for the unique token.

Particularly, decellularized plant tissues are used as scaffolds for animal cells to allow growth and differentiation it animal tissue. The edible animal tissue can be dried such as in a beef jerky form for human consumption.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system, apparatus and method directed to an orientable and resizable targeted temperature management (TTM) pad. The system, apparatus and method pertain to a medical pad for exchanging thermal energy between a TTM fluid and a patient. The pad can include a fluid containing layer for containing the TTM fluid, a patient contact surface to facilitate thermal energy exchange with the patient, a central trunk structure, and at least two wings branching from the central trunk structure. The fluid containing layer can be configured for circulating the TTM fluid within the fluid containing layer. The patient contact surface can be disposed at least on part of the central trunk structure. The at least two wings can be configured to be wrapped around a portion of a body of the patient. The central trunk structure may be positioned beneath the patient. The wings may be trimmed, reducing the pad's size.

In some embodiments, a camera array includes a support structure having a center, and a depth sensor mounted to the support structure proximate to the center. The camera array can further include a plurality of cameras mounted to the support structure radially outward from the depth sensor, and a plurality of trackers mounted to the support structure radially outward from the cameras. The cameras are configured to capture image data of a scene, and the trackers are configured to capture positional data of a tool within the scene. The image data and the positional data can be processed to generate a virtual perspective of the scene including a graphical representation of the tool at the determined position.
