    Abstract: A tamper-proof diamond package comprises a package body; at least one chip embedded in the package body and at least one antenna configured to enable communication with the chip; anti-counterfeiting visual impressions on the package body; a diamond pouch formed at a predetermined section within the package body; and one or more diamonds located inside the diamond pouch and an outer covering encasing the package body and configured to reveal any tampering with the one or more diamonds located in the diamond pouch. The diamond package can be credit card shaped and also contain serial number and website information and provide nominal dollar values. An associated diamond exchange system utilizes the diamond packages and provides a registration server which stores unique identifying information that enables interrogating the individual diamond packages and checking their authenticity with the registration server.

    Abstract: A jewelry stone cluster comprising four gemstone sections which are mounted in a setting and which are juxtaposed to each other. Each gemstone section includes a table facet and, in one form, a respective pair of adjacent cross facets, with the cross facets extending in planes that are at an angle to their respective table facet. Together, the four pairs of juxtaposed cross facets define an inscribed cross symbol. Preferably, the upper gemstone quadrant sections are smaller sized, so that the arms of the cross are located vertically higher. The overall shape of the gemstone cluster can be round, four sided, oval, marquis, pear, polygonal or any shape.

    Abstract: The drawing toy includes a rigid transparent panel having first and second oppositely directed surfaces and drawing utensils. Each player has access to a different one of the surfaces such that the player can draw upon the surface with the drawing utensil. The panel is maintained in an upright position such that the players can draw on the respective surfaces while simultaneously observing both surfaces, and hence what each player has drawn, by looking at and through the panel. Grid or game outline carrying flexible plastic sheets can be removeably mounted on the panel such that the players can play a board game. Stick-on flexible plastic cells can be used for other art related activites.
