Abstract: A method of designing a consumer-selected surface includes the steps of displaying a representation of a surface, displaying one or more patterns that may be applied to the representation of the surface, and receiving a selection from a user of a pattern selected from the one or more patterns. The method also includes the steps of allowing the user to locate on the selected pattern at a position on the representation of the surface, the position being independent of a size or shape of the selected pattern, and allowing the user to modify the positioned pattern by altering at least one characteristic thereof to develop a modified representation of the surface. Further, the method includes the steps of generating a three-dimensional view of a room that includes a rendering of the modified representation of the surface and providing the generated three-dimensional view to the user.

Abstract: A drain cleaner is disclosed for use with a drain assembly having a drain pipe, a flange coupled to the drain pipe and defining a drain inlet, and a pop-up assembly having an actuating arm disposed in the drain pipe. The drain cleaner includes a stopper head having a seal sized to engage the drain inlet and an inlet passage extending from an inlet port formed in a top surface of the stopper head to an outlet port formed in a bottom surface of the stopper head. A stopper guide has a proximal end coupled to the stopper head bottom surface and a distal end, the stopper guide distal end including a tail piece adapted to operatively engage the actuating arm of the pop-up assembly. A drain cleaning composition is supported below the stopper head bottom surface.

Abstract: A display frame with a refill holder comprises a transparent block with front and rear faces. A U-shaped mounting member is attached to the rear face about an outer periphery of same. The U-shaped mounting member has an inwardly extending wall. A channel is formed in a space between the rear face and the inwardly extending wall. A protrusion is attached to the rear face of the frame, wherein the protrusion in combination with the inwardly extending wall are configured to distance the rear face from a support surface when the frame is in a substantially horizontal position and provide a substantially unimpeded air passage adjacent the rear face.

Abstract: A container (100) includes a bowl (200) and a lid (300) for the bowl (200). The lid (300) includes at least one opening (330). The lid (300) can be sealed to the bowl (200) in a plurality of orientations, including (i) an open orientation and (ii) a closed orientation. In the open orientation, the opening (330) is arranged over the bowl (200) such that flow is allowed from the interior of the container (100) to the exterior of the container (100), and vice versa. In the closed orientation, no flow is allowed between the interior of the container (100) and the exterior of the container (100).

Abstract: A holding device includes a first wall including a first cutout portion and a second wall including a second cutout portion intersecting the first wall at an angle less than 180 degrees. The cutout portions of the holding device function to hold objects in a space between the first and second walls.

Abstract: A dispenser for sheet material includes a box having a lid section, a container section, and a wall having a mouth formed between an edge of the lid section and an edge of the container section. The dispenser further includes a cutter attached to the wall of the box on the container section below the mouth, wherein the cutter includes a track assembly and a slider disposed in the track assembly for movement therealong and where the slider includes a blade.

Abstract: A container includes a bowl, a lid for the bowl, and a cup that is detachably securable to the underside of the lid. When the lid is positioned so as to cover the bowl, the cup is securable within the interior of the bowl, and when the lid is placed underneath the bowl, the bowl is supported at a height above at least a portion of the lid such that an air pocket is defined between the bowl and that portion of the lid. When the container is heated in a microwave, for example, the air pocket heats up to keep the contents of the container warm.

Abstract: In an in-ground vapor monitoring device for use with a conventional, hollow stemmed drill rig including a novel swivel assembly which attaches to a drill rod and which has a central passage formed therethrough. A fluid outlet port and an outlet channel joining the outlet port and central passage are formed in the swivel assembly. The device further includes an auger having an inlet port formed on its operational end which is connected by an inlet channel to a central passage. A vapor filter is disposed in the inlet channel. By applying an external vacuum source, vapor from a borehole is drawn off through the inlet port and filtered by the vapor filter. A gas chromatograph or other vapor analyzer is connected to the outlet port to analyze the drawn off vapors. The novel features of the auger portion of the device may be provided in the form of an auger plug engageable with a conventional auger.

Abstract: A lid for use on a holder with a candle disposed therein, the holder having a lip defining an open mouth. The lid includes a central cap and a projection depending outwardly from the central cap. The projection includes an inner wall, which is configured to surround and abut the candle in the holder when the lid is in place on the holder, and an outer wall, which is configured to abut the holder when the lid is in place on the holder. A peripheral flange extends outwardly from the outer wall and is configured to abut the lip of the holder when the lid is in place on the holder. In another aspect, a candle package includes the lid, in combination with the holder and the candle. Also, a method of packaging a candle utilizes such a candle package.
