    Abstract: Electronic devices are provided that have components. A housing protrusion may be interposed between a display cover layer and display components. A button may have a button member. A support structure for a dome switch in the button may have a screw hole. A housing may have screw holes through which a screw passes. The screw may also pass through the screw hole of the support structure to hold the switch structure near the button member. A clip may have a spring. A metal plate may prevent the clip from becoming worn by the spring. A display may be mounted on a ledge in a device housing. The ledge may have gaps with supports and removed corners.

    Abstract: A single phase brushless DC motor comprises a Hall effect sensor, a coil assembly and a motor control circuit which generating a driving signal to guide a coil current flowing through the coil assembly. The Hall effect sensor senses the magnetic pole of the rotor to accordingly generate a Hall effect signal. The motor control circuit outputs a current polarity reverse signal according to the voltage at one end of the coil assembly. The time when the current polarity reverse signal is generated corresponds to the polarity reverse time of the coil current. The motor control circuit adjusts the phase of the driving signal according to the polarity reverse time of the Hall effect signal and the time when the current polarity reverse signal is generated to synchronize the phase of the back emf of the single phase brushless DC motor with the phase of the coil current.

The periodical filter is positioned in optical paths of both the outbound optical signal and the inbound optical signal and has a transmission spectrum with periodic transmission peaks and troughs. The first frequency of the outbound optical signal may be aligned to one of the transmission peaks and the second frequency of the inbound optical signal may be aligned to one of the transmission troughs, or vice versa.

    Abstract: Techniques are described for decoding a codeword. In one example, the techniques include obtaining a first message comprising reliability information corresponding to each bit in the first codeword, determining a plurality of least reliable bits in the first codeword, and generating a plurality of flipped messages by flipping one or more of the plurality of least reliable bits in the first codeword. A number of the plurality of least reliable bits is equal to a first parameter and a number of flipped bits in each of the plurality of flipped messages is less than or equal to a second parameter. The method further includes decoding one or more of the plurality of flipped messages using a hard decoder to generate one or more candidate codewords.

    Abstract: Two vertical NAND strings can share a common bit line by providing two pairs of drain select transistors. Channels of each vertical NAND string containing an adjoining pair of drain select transistors are incorporated into a respective vertical semiconductor channel, which is adjoined to a respective drain region which is connected to the common bit line. The drain select transistors have mismatched threshold voltages at each level such that each vertical NAND string includes a level at which a respective drain select transistor has a higher threshold voltage than a counterpart drain select transistor for the other vertical NAND string at the same level. By turning on three drain select transistors out of four, only one vertical NAND string can be activated while the common bit line is biased at a suitable bias voltage. A programming operation or a read operation can be performed only on the activated NAND string.

In this application, a browser client terminal obtains attack rules formulated by a rule configuration server, and after obtaining feedback information that is returned by a network according to a webpage browsing request, determines, according to a comparison result between the attack rules and the feedback information, whether the webpage browsing request encounters a network attack, thereby resolving a problem in the prior art that a network attack cannot be identified. In addition, after determining that a network attack is encountered, the browser client terminal performs network data transmission in a secure manner, which can avoid impact from the network attack, and improve security of network data transmission.
