    Abstract: In an embodiment, autonomous vehicles with global positioning systems (GPS) are used for field inspection to reduce fuel and labor costs and improve reliability with increased consistency in field crop inspection. A vehicle may be programmed to traverse a field while using sensors to detect objects and operating in a first image capture mode, for example, capturing low-resolution images of objects in the field, typically crops. Under program control, machine vision techniques are used with the low-resolution images to recognize crops, non-crop plant material or undefined objects. Under program control, location data is used to correlate recognized objects with digitally stored field maps to resolve whether a particular object is in a location at which crop planting is expected or not expected.

    Abstract: A method for deploying a stent device having a main body, a proximal coupling, and a distal coupling. The method includes extending a first guidewire in an aorta, extending a second guidewire in a brachiocephalic artery, and extending a third guidewire in an aortic branch vessel. The method further includes tracking the stent device along the first, second, and third guidewires. During the tracking step, the first guidewire extends through the main body, the second guidewire extends through the proximal coupling, and the third guidewire extends through the distal coupling. The method also includes deploying the main body within the aorta with the proximal coupling aligning with the brachiocephalic artery and the distal coupling aligning with the aortic branch vessel.

A launch sequence may be considered to include operations for compiling code associated with the application and operations for displaying splash screens. An example embodiment operates by the media device launching the application responsive to receiving a request and while code for the application is being compiled, selecting and displaying a dynamic splash screen. Operations of compiling code and displaying the splash screen may be performed under the control of the media device operating system and control is passed from the operating system to the application after launch sequence is completed.

The feedback control mechanism permits well controlled cultures that produce good amounts of product while avoiding toxic accumulation of ethanol. Additionally, recombinant proteins so produced have excellent qualitative properties, such as excellent homogeneity and proper inter-subunit assembly.
