    Abstract: Various embodiments include methods and systems for implementing managing a microgrid system. The system may include a plurality of power module clusters, a plurality of uninterruptable power modules, a plurality of bidirectional direct current (DC)/DC converters, and a DC power bus. Each one of the power module clusters of the plurality of power module clusters may be electrically connected in parallel to an uninterruptable power module of the plurality of uninterruptable power modules and a first end of a bidirectional DC/DC converter of the plurality bidirectional DC/DC converters, and a second end of each one of the bidirectional DC/DC converters of the plurality of bidirectional DC/DC converters may be electrically connected to the DC power bus. In some embodiments, the plurality of bidirectional DC/DC converters may be electrically connected to in parallel by the DC power bus or in series via a DC power bus ring.

    Abstract: System and methods for optimizing parameters for drilling operations are provided. Real-time data including values for input variables associated with a current stage of a drilling operation along a planned well path are acquired. A neural network model is trained to produce an objective function defining a response value for at least one operating variable of the drilling operation. The response value for the operating variable is estimated based on the objective function produced by the trained neural network model. Stochastic optimization is applied to the estimated response value so as to produce an optimized response value for the operating variable. Values of controllable parameters are estimated for a subsequent stage of the drilling operation, based on the optimized response value of the operating variable. The subsequent stage of the drilling operation is performed based on the estimated values of the controllable parameters.

A set of reference signal resources that are configured for sounding reference signal transmissions may be shared among user equipments (UEs) that are enabled to receive multicast communications. Each of the shared set of reference signal resources may be associated with set(s) of channel state information. UEs may measure a multicast channel to determine channel state information for the multicast channel and transmit sounding reference signals over one of the shared reference signal resources that is associated with the set of channel state information determined by the UE. A base station that receives the sounding reference signal may transmit a subsequent multicast transmission for the UEs using transmission parameters that are adapted for the set(s) of channel state information associated with the occupied sounding reference signal resource.

The invention also relates to immunogenic compositions comprising polysaccharide-protein conjugates, wherein the conjugates comprise a CP from GBS serotype IV and at least one additional serotype. The invention further relates to methods for inducing an immune response in subjects against GBS and/or for reducing or preventing invasive GBS disease in subjects using the compositions disclosed herein. The resulting antibodies can be used to treat or prevent GBS infection via passive immunotherapy.
