  • Publication number: 20200181204
Abstract: The present invention relates to recombinant self-assembling protein nanoparticles presenting an albumin-binding peptide at the surface. For the recombinant self-assembling protein nanoparticles according to the present invention, an albumin-binding peptide can reduce the immunogenicity of the recombinant self-assembling protein nanoparticles because the albumin-binding peptide is presented at the surface, and thus binds to an albumin protein present in vivo, and the albumin-binding peptide can also provide the cancer delivery function of the recombinant self-assembling protein nanoparticles because the albumin-binding peptide binds to albumin around cancer. Simultaneously, the binding of the albumin-binding peptide to albumin can significantly increase the in vivo residence time of the recombinant self-assembling protein nanoparticles, thus increasing the potential for use in various medical applications.

  • Patent number: 10635287
Abstract: Some embodiments provide a mapping application that includes a novel dynamic scale that can be used to perform different zoom operations. In some embodiments, the scale also serves as a distance measurement indicator for a corresponding zoom level. The application continuously adjusts several different attributes of the scale, including the scale size, the number of segments on the scale and the representative distance of a segment on the scale. In some embodiments, the mapping application provides a smart zoom feature that guides a user during a zoom to a location. In particular, the smart zoom detects that a location of a zoom is near a pin on the map, and if so, zooms to the pin on the map. Otherwise, if the location is near a cloud of pins, the application zooms to the cloud of pins. Otherwise the zoom is directed towards the user's selected location.

  • Publication number: 20200065218
Abstract: Methods for configurable and proactive application diagnostics and recovery are performed by systems and devices. A diagnostics manager determines diagnostics packages corresponding to problems described in client device diagnostics requests. Session identifiers are generated and returned with diagnostics identifiers to clients which then provide the session identifiers and diagnostics identifiers to a service manager for session initiation. Diagnostics packages are located, retrieved, and provided back to the client by the service manager that invokes a client-side engine to execute diagnostics packages. Results are provided to the diagnostics system which determines additional packages to be executed by the engine during the same diagnostics session. Further, device-specific tokens are acquired by client devices which execute local diagnostic packages and acquire remote diagnostic packages for execution in the same session.
