  • Patent number: 11072778
Abstract: Described herein are cells, cell culture methods, and cell culture media compositions useful for producing and maintaining iPSC-derived cell lines that are of higher purity and maintain cell type integrity better than current iPSC-derived cell lines. Also disclosed are methods of using the described cells and media, such as therapeutic methods of use for the described cells. The described cells include iPSC-derived mesodermal precursor cells (MPC), which itself may differentiate into at least four different cell types. When cultured under appropriate conditions, the mesodermal precursor cells can be used to produce hematopoietic stem cells (HSC), mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), smooth muscle cells (SMC), or unlimited functional endothelial cells (UFEC). One characteristic that makes the described cells desirable is that they can be maintained in culture for a number of days, or passages, without changing phenotype through differentiation.

  • Publication number: 20210224857
Abstract: The present disclosure describes systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for generating lookalike segments corresponding to a target segment using decision trees and providing a graphical user interface comprising nodes representing such lookalike segments. Upon receiving an indication of a target segment, for instance, the disclosed systems can generate a lookalike segment from a set of users by partitioning the set of users according to one or more dimensions based on probabilities of subsets of users matching the target segment. By partitioning subsets of users within a node tree, the disclosed systems can identify different subsets of users partitioned according to different dimensions from the set of users. The disclosed systems can further provide a node tree interface comprising a node for the set of users and nodes for subsets of users within one or more lookalike segments.

  • Publication number: 20210223848
Abstract: An information handling system includes a processor, a graphics processing unit (GPU), and a baseboard management controller (BMC). The BMC includes a power ratio table with a plurality of entries, each correlating a workload with a power ratio of a power level of the processor when the particular workload is instantiated on the information handing system to a power level of the GPU when the particular workload is instantiated on the information handling system. The BMC determines that the power ratio table includes an entry associated with a workload instantiated on the information handling system, determines that a total power level of the information handling system is greater than a power level threshold, and throttles a power level of the processor and a power level of the GPU based upon a power ratio of the entry in response to determining that the total power level is greater than the power level threshold.

  • Publication number: 20210226697
Abstract: A regen node is described. The regen node includes a coherent receiver, a control module and a coherent transmitter. The coherent receiver has circuitry to convert a first optical signal received from an upstream node in an optical layer of an optical network to a first digital data stream in a digital layer having a first FEC frame and a data traffic. The control module extracts a first fault signal from the first FEC frame; generates a second fault signal based at least in part on the first fault signal; and encodes the second fault signal within a second FEC frame with the data traffic into a second digital data stream on the digital layer. The coherent transmitter has circuitry to convert the second digital data stream into a second optical signal on the optical layer and to transmit the second optical signal to a downstream node.
