  • Patent number: 10335517
Abstract: The present invention relates to: a porous polymer material having a porous structure over the entire polymer and having a dense porous structure in which pores are connected to each other therein. The porous polymer material is harmless to the human body as it does not use toxic organic solvents. In addition, a porous polymer material can be prepared without using any additives for forming pores and the particle size can be easily controlled, and thus a polymer material suitable for various uses can be prepared. Furthermore, the extended release of a loaded bioactive material is possible only by the dense porous structure of a polymer itself without using an additive and a surface modification method in the porous polymer material of the present invention. Therefore, the porous polymer material can be applied to a biodegradable material in various bio-fields requiring the extended release of a bioactive material.

  • Patent number: 10052591
Abstract: Disclosed are system and method for filtration which can minimize the contamination of the filtering membrane through a pretreatment and perform the pretreatment and the filtration with a filtering membrane in a single filtering unit so that any need for separate and additional space and facility for the pretreatment can be obviated. The system for filtration of the present invention comprises a fine bubble supplier for providing fine bubbles into the feed water. The pretreatment is performed by supplying the feed water to be treated into the filtering unit through a dynamic filtration layer which is formed in the filtering unit as the fine bubbles rise.

  • Patent number: 9931331
Abstract: The present invention relates to an anticancer supplement containing loperamide as an active ingredient. More specifically, a proteasome inhibitor alone cannot exhibit an anticancer effect on solid cancers and some blood cancers, but when the proteasome inhibitor and loperamide are co-administered or a composition containing the proteasome inhibitor and loperamide is provided, cancer cell death by the proteasome inhibitor can be effectively induced, thereby exhibiting an improved anticancer effect, and enhancing anticancer effects on solid cancers and blood cancers while reducing side effects caused by a high-concentration of the proteasome inhibitor. Therefore, the composition containing the proteasome inhibitor and loperamide as active ingredients, according to the present invention, can be useful for preventing or treating cancer, and loperamide can be provided as an anticancer supplement when the proteasome inhibitor is used to treat cancer.
