  • Patent number: 11907244
Abstract: A field extraction template simplifies the creation of field extraction rules by providing a user with a set of field names commonly assigned to a certain type of data, as well as guidance on how to extract values for those fields. These field extraction rules, in turn, facilitate access to certain “chunks” of the data, or to information derived from those chunks, through named fields. A field extraction template comprises at least a set of field names and ordering data for the field names. The ordering data indicates index positions that are associated with at least some of the field names. A delimiter is specified for splitting data items into arrays of chunks. The chunk of a data item that belongs to a given field name is the chunk whose position within the item's array of chunks is equivalent to the index position associated with the given field name.

  • Patent number: 11904530
Abstract: Methods of creating additive manufactured parts include selectively dispensing a second composition onto a top surface of a first composition in a vat. The second composition is dispensed in a shape area according to a layer of a part to be created by additive manufacturing. Polymerization components for formation of the layer are kept separate from each other until the dispensing, with at least one of the polymerization components being in the second composition. The top surface is illuminated to expose the first composition and the second composition to light having a polymerization wavelength, thereby causing polymerization of the layer of the part only in the shape area where the second composition was dispensed.

  • Publication number: 20240036964
Abstract: A computing system automatically manages error reports. Each error report specifies an error that occurred within a subsystem of the computing system. A received error report is added into a root cause grouping. Each root cause grouping contains error reports having error types traceable to a same root cause. A deployment time at which the subsystem corresponding to the error report was deployed within the computing system is determined. A severity score for the root cause grouping is generated as a function of the deployment time. The severity score inversely correlates to a time period length between the deployment time and the occurrence time of the error. The root cause grouping is assigned to a ranked error container of a plurality of ranked error containers based on the generated severity score. Each ranked error container contains root cause groupings having severity scores within a specified score range.

  • Patent number: 11886752
Abstract: A method for execution by one or more processing modules of one or more computing devices of a storage network, the method comprises receiving a data object for processing, determining whether the data object is to be transferred to one or more remote storage location, determining whether one or more legal restrictions are associated with the data object. Based on a determination that one or more legal restrictions are associated with the data object, the method continues by determining whether the one or more legal restrictions allow transfer of the data object to a storage unit of the one or more remote storage locations. The method continues by segmenting the data object into a plurality of data segments, dispersed error encoding a data segment of the plurality of data segments in accordance with dispersed error encoding parameters to produce a set of encoded data slice and transmitting a write requests for an encoded data slice of the set of encoded data slices to the storage location for processing.
