  • Publication number: 20250141801
Abstract: Distributed computing systems, devices, and associated methods of packet processing are disclosed herein. One example method includes receiving a packet having a header with a protocol field, a source address field, a source port field, a destination address field, and a destination port field individually containing a corresponding value. The method also includes extracting the values of the protocol field, the source address field, the source port field, the destination field, and the destination port field, determining whether a first match action table (“MAT”) contains an entry indexed to the extracted values, and in response to determining that the first MAT does not contain an entry indexed to the extracted values, using a subset of the extracted values to identify an entry in a second MAT.

  • Publication number: 20250139053
Abstract: A method, computing device, and non-transitory machine-readable medium for generating and maintaining snapshots. An image (snapshot) of a volume is generated for a point in time that aligns with a base schedule time in a base schedule. The image includes metadata pointing to data blocks stored on the volume at the base schedule time and is designated for use as a base snapshot of the volume at the base schedule time. In response to determining that the base schedule time aligns with a supplementary schedule time in a supplementary schedule, the image can be further designated for use as a supplementary snapshot of the volume at the supplementary schedule time. Restoring data corresponding to the supplementary schedule time includes computing all the deltas between the base snapshots created between the supplementary schedule time and an immediately preceding supplementary schedule time in the supplementary schedule.

  • Publication number: 20250132658
Abstract: A driver circuit for a power transistor. The driver circuit allows for robust turn-off of the power transistor, and for reduced power losses when the power transistor transitions back on. The driver circuit controls what voltage is applied to the gate terminal of the power transistor. The driver circuit prevents unintended turn-on of the power transistor by applying a negative voltage to the gate terminal of the power transistor when transitioning off. The driver circuit allows for reduced power losses when transitioning back on by allowing the gate terminal of the power transistor to increase from the negative voltage to a less negative voltage before applying a positive voltage to turn on the power transistor.

  • Publication number: 20250128645
Abstract: A work machine includes a tank of secondary battery coolant to act as a heat sink to cool a secondary battery. When a power unit is available for use to provide electrical power to the work machine, a secondary battery cooling system is used. The secondary battery cooling system includes a tank used to store secondary battery coolant. The secondary battery coolant stored in the tank is maintained within a temperature range using the refrigerant of an HVAC system that used to cool the cab of the work machine. When the power unit is available for use, the HVAC system is fluidically disconnected from cooling the secondary battery coolant stored in the tank. Thereafter, the secondary battery is cooled using the secondary battery coolant stored in the tank. Thus, the secondary battery coolant stored in the tank acts as a heat sink to remove heat from the secondary battery until the power unit is available for use.

  • Patent number: 12278204
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for realizing a two-dimensional target lithography feature/pattern by decomposing (splitting) it into multiple unidirectional target features that, when aggregated, substantially (e.g., fully) represent the original target feature without leaving an unrepresented remainder (e.g., a whole-number quantity of unidirectional target features). The unidirectional target features may be arbitrarily grouped such that, within a grouping, all unidirectional target features share a common target width value. Where multiple such groupings are provided, individual groupings may or may not have the same common target width value. In some cases, a series of reticles is provided, each reticle having a mask pattern correlating to a grouping of unidirectional target features. Exposure of a photoresist material via the aggregated series of reticles substantially (e.g., fully) produces the original target feature/pattern.

  • Publication number: 20250115369
Abstract: An aircraft lighting system includes a light source and a processing system. The light source is rotationally mounted on an external surface of an aircraft to rotate at least 360-degrees about a rotational axis. The light source is configured, upon being electrically energized, to emit light. The processing system is in operable communication with the light source and is coupled to receive an anti-bird mode activation signal and one or more sensor signals representative of a position and flight path of birds. The processing system is configured, upon receipt of the anti-bird mode activation signal, to process the one or more sensor signals to determine the position and flight path of the birds, electrically energize the light source to emit light, and command the light source to rotate in one or more directions so that the emitted light is directed toward birds.

  • Publication number: 20250116658
Abstract: . There is great interest in developing strategies to identify proteolytic substrates. Synthetic peptide libraries are among the most widely used to screen substrates-based activity, however, this technique is limited by the size of libraries and is time-consuming. Several combinatorial library-based display technologies such as phage, bacteria and yeast display, can identify better substrates for protease activity with higher-throughput sequencing and enrichment of specific substrates over multiple rounds of selection. Even though these profiling techniques provide greater coverage of protease cleavable substrates, such cells are less capable of accessing difficult to deliver sites, pose immunogenicity concerns, and have not been applied to discriminate on-from off-target activity in vivo. Disclosed herein are in vitro and in vivo methods for screening protease substrates.
