    Abstract: High voltage isolation devices for semiconductor devices and associated systems, are disclosed herein. The isolation device may support operations of a 3-dimensional NAND memory array of the semiconductor device. In some embodiments, during high voltage operations (e.g., erase operations), the isolation device may provide a high voltage to the memory array while isolating other circuitry supporting low voltage operations of the memory array from the high voltage. The isolation device may include a set of narrow active areas separating the low voltage circuitry from the high voltage and a gate over the narrow active areas. In a further embodiment, the isolation device includes interdigitated narrow active areas and a common gate over the interdigitated narrow active areas to reduce an area occupied by the isolation devices.

An elastomeric nozzle is coupled to the first inlet and positioned around the second inlet, the elastomeric nozzle structured to combine the blowby gas stream with the compressed gas such that the compressed gas causes the blowby gas stream to flow at a second flow velocity that is greater than the first flow velocity. An impaction plate is disposed downstream of the elastomeric nozzle such that the blowby gas stream impacts the impaction plate and separates liquid and aerosol contained in the blowby gas stream.

After the virtual object representing the one or more physical elements is displayed in the first position, the physical muting mode is deactivated. In response to detecting the deactivation of the physical muting mode, the system causes display of a transitional motion of the virtual object representing the one or more physical elements from the first position to a second position.

A pressure control mechanism presses the conductive roller against the second surface of the flexible media with a specified contact pressure, and a motion control system provide a relative motion between the conductive roller and the flexible media. A resistance measuring system connected to the conductive roller and the conductive backing measures the conductivity of the flexible media within the roller contact region. A data recording system records the measured conductivity of the media as a function of position.

    Abstract: A radial flux electric motor includes a stator having a radially inner stator surface and stator windings arranged thereon. The motor also includes a rotor mounted inside the stator and configured to rotate relative thereto about an axis. The rotor has a rotor core constructed from a ferromagnetic material having relatively high magnetic permeability and defined by a rotor outer surface establishing an airgap between the rotor and the stator. The rotor also has a plurality of magnetic poles set in the rotor core and configured to generate magnetic flux. The rotor additionally has inserts constructed from a material having relatively low magnetic permeability in at least one geometric direction. Each insert is mechanically fixed to the rotor core to thereby control magnetic flux distribution and minimize flux leakage inside the rotor.

The motor additionally includes a selective permeability sleeve arranged circumferentially on the rotor and fixed to the rotor outer surface, thereby establishing an airgap between the sleeve and the stator. The sleeve provides reinforcement to the rotor core and to the magnetic poles and includes regions of relatively high and relatively low magnetic permeability alternating around the rotor outer surface. The regions of relatively low magnetic permeability are arranged radially outward and across from the flux leakage zones to control magnetic flux distribution in the motor.
