  • Patent number: 11808697
Abstract: Systems for protein quantitation using a Fabry-Perot interferometer. In one arrangement, a quantitation device includes an infrared source, a sample holder, and a Fabry-Perot interferometer positioned to receive infrared radiation from the source passing through a sample on the sample holder. A band pass optical filter sets the working range of the interferometer, and radiation exiting the interferometer falls on a detector that produces a signal indicating the intensity of the received radiation. A controller causes the interferometer to be tuned to a number of different resonance wavelengths and receives the intensity signals, for determination of an absorbance spectrum.

  • Patent number: 11803621
Abstract: Context information may be obtained associated with an error corresponding to an operation. The operation may be defined in a programmatic interface, such as a command line interface. The context information may include identity information regarding an identity that operates the programmatic interface, operation information regarding the operation, and result information regarding a result of the operation. A selected resolution interface type for a resolution interface to assist in resolving the error may be selected based at least in part on the context information. The selected resolution interface type may be a permissions search interface. Scenario-based contents of the resolution interface, such as search terms, may be determined, based at least in part on the context information. The resolution interface may be automatically launched. Input for resolving the error, such as selection of an appropriate permissions policy for attachment to the identity, may be received via the resolution interface.

  • Patent number: 11804693
Abstract: A method for generating light emission is provided. The method includes providing a transistor element including collector, emitter, and base regions, a quantum cascade region between the base and collector regions, and quantum well structures for interband emission within the base or emitter regions. A waveband controller applies, via first and second electrodes with respect to the collector and base regions, a first electrical signal to control a base-collector junction bias level and select between first and second base-collector bias levels. Selection of the first base-collector bias level causes at least one of the emitter and base regions to produce interband-based light emission having a first wavelength of a first wavelength band. Selection of the second base-collector bias level causes the quantum cascade region to produce intraband-based light emission having a second wavelength of a second wavelength band.

  • Patent number: 11799734
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described for determining future user actions using time-based featurization of clickstream data. A server captures clickstream data corresponding to web browsing sessions and converts the clickstream data into tokens by identifying each unique URL and parsing each unique URL into tokens. The server generates a frequency matrix based upon the tokens, and generates a latent feature vector for each URL in the session based upon the frequency matrix. The server merges the latent feature vectors and the clickstream data into an aggregate clickstream vector set for a user. The server assigns time-decayed weight values to each latent feature vector in the aggregate clickstream vector set. The server combines the time-decayed latent feature vectors to generate a clickstream embedding for the user, and executes a machine learning model using the clickstream embedding to generate one or more predicted actions of the user.
