  • Publication number: 20220365845
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for memory operations are described. A first code for detecting one or more errors in a first set of bits of data and a second code for detecting one or more errors in a second set of bits of data may be generated. The first set of bits and the second set of bits may be transmitted over a channel between a memory device and a host device in an interleaved pattern. The first code and the second code may also be transmitted over the channel. The first set of bits and the second set of bits may be deinterleaved by the receiving device. The first set of bits and the second set of bits may also be processed by the receiving device using the first code and the second code.

  • Publication number: 20220364638
Abstract: The present invention pertains to a drive connection for coupling an engine to a gearbox of a machine and which provides a fluid-tight sealing. Accordingly, a drive connection for coupling an engine to a gearbox of a machine is suggested, which comprises a housing having an inner cavity that extends from a first open end of the housing to a second open end of the housing and which is configured for accommodating and enclosing a clutch. The housing defines a first coupling interface at the first open end for coupling the drive connection to an engine and a second coupling interface at the second open end for coupling the drive connection to a gearbox, Furthermore, each coupling interface comprises a sealing member, wherein the housing and sealing members are configured to fluidically seal the inner cavity, when the drive connection is in a coupled state.

  • Publication number: 20220368444
Abstract: A system on a chip (SOC) is configured to support multiple time domains within a time-sensitive networking (TSN) environment. TSN extends Ethernet networks to support a deterministic and high-availability communication on Layer 2 (data link layer of open system interconnect “OSI” model) for time coordinated capabilities such as industrial automation and control applications. Processors in a system may have an application time domain separate from the communication time domain. In addition, each type time domain may also have multiple potential time masters to drive synchronization for fault tolerance. The SoC supports multiple time domains driven by different time masters and graceful time master switching. Timing masters may be switched at run-time in case of a failure in the system. Software drives the SoC to establish communication paths through a sync router to facilitate communication between time providers and time consumers. Multiple time sources are supported.

  • Publication number: 20220369281
Abstract: Techniques for sharing resources between a radio access technology (RAT) modem (e.g., an LTE modem) and a processor-based radio (e.g., a software-defined radio) are described. In an example, operation of the RAT modem establishes an extended discontinuous reception mode (eDRX) cycle with a cellular system. The RAT modem sends eDRX scheduling information, that is based at least in part on the eDRX cycle, to the processor-based radio. Operation of the processor-based radio identifies paging opportunities (POs) of the eDRX cycle, based at least in part on the eDRX scheduling information. Operation of the processor-based radio manages usage of shared resources (e.g., transmit and receive amplifiers, digital signal processing elements, memory devices, elements of physical layer(s), and/or antenna(s), etc.). The managing may be based at least in part on the identified POs. The managing avoids conflicts between the RAT modem and the processor-based radio over the shared resources.

  • Publication number: 20220368740
Abstract: The subject technology provides for coordinating output of content during a multiuser communication session by initiating, by a server responsive to a request from a first participant device of a plurality of participant devices that are connected to a multiuser communication session, a media playback session for the multiuser communication session. A network identifier corresponding to the media playback session is generated at the server. The network identifier is transmitted by the server to remainder of participant devices connected to the multiuser communication session. Upon receiving an indication of a selection of the network identifier from at least a second participant device of the plurality of the participant devices at the server, the server causes media for the media playback session to be transmitted to the first participant device and the second participant device.
