  • Patent number: 11500906
Abstract: A subgraph storage memory stores subgraphs populated with data classified into features based on data title; each of the subgraphs has a plurality of elements; each of the elements has a features with different values. For each subfeature of a plurality of subfeatures, the different values assigned to a combination of one of the elements and one or more features are used to create a method to evaluate the subgraphs on the one or more features, as a subfeature which provides scoring information on a subgraph. For each metafeature, plural subfeatures among the plurality of subfeatures are selected to be composited into the metafeature; and for each subgraph, the plural subfeatures of each metafeature are composited to provide metafeature scores. Selected subgraphs in a universe of subgraphs with metafeature scores are presented as context for comparing the selected subgraphs; each of the selected subgraphs has different selections of elements.

  • Patent number: 11500898
Abstract: In an example embodiment, a solution is provided that allows for intelligent demand-driven data replication. Only the data that is needed has to be replicated, and this data can be kept only as long as needed. This allows cloud-based applications to be built that integrate deeper with the existing customer landscape with the most efficient data footprint. It allows data types that could not be used before to be integrated into an application. There are additional savings due to the reduced data footprint in the database, compared to a full data replication, without giving up resilience or response time.

  • Patent number: 11499974
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods for identifying a subject as having NSCLC that is predicted or is likely to respond to treatment with an ALK inhibitor, for example crizotinib. The methods include identifying a sample including NSCLC tumor cells as ALK-positive or ALK-negative using immunohistochemistry (IHC) and scoring methods disclosed herein. A subject is identified as having NSCLC likely to respond to treatment with an ALK inhibitor if the sample is identified as ALK-positive and is identified as having NSCLC not likely to respond to treatment with an ALK inhibitor if the sample is identified as ALK-negative. According to certain embodiments of the methods, subjects predicted to respond to an ALK inhibitor may then be treated with an ALK inhibitor such as crizotinib.

  • Patent number: 11498475
Abstract: A motor vehicle includes a projection device to project a light distribution for driver information in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle onto the ground in front of the motor vehicle. The light function of the projected light distribution is different from a low beam and a high beam light. During operation of the projection device within a predefined interval of the vehicle speed in the forward direction of the motor vehicle, an increase in the extent of the light distribution in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle occurs as the vehicle speed increases. The extent of the light distribution at each vehicle speed is thereby greater than or equal to the extent at lower vehicle speeds.
