Abstract: Chromium containing precursors and methods of forming chromium-containing thin films are described. The chromium precursor has a chromium-diazadiene bond or cyclopentadienyl ligand and is homoleptic or heteroleptic. A suitable reactant is used to provide one of a metallic chromium film or a film comprising one or more of an oxide, nitride, carbide, boride and/or silicide. Methods of forming ternary materials comprising chromium with two or more of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon, boron, silicon, titanium, ruthenium and/or tungsten are also described. Methods of filling gaps in a substrate with a chromium-containing film are also described.

Abstract: A method of generating training spectra for training of a neural network includes measuring a first plurality of training spectra from one or more sample substrates, measuring a characterizing value for each training spectra of the plurality of training spectra to generate a plurality of characterizing values with each training spectrum having an associated characterizing value, measuring a plurality of dummy spectra during processing of one or more dummy substrates, and generating a second plurality of training spectra by combining the first plurality of training spectra and the plurality of dummy spectra, there being a greater number of spectra in the second plurality of training spectra than in the first plurality of training spectra. Each training spectrum of the second plurality of training spectra having an associated characterizing value.

Abstract: Methods and a device for cascading broadband emission are described. An example device can comprise a substrate, a bottom contact layer above at least a portion of the substrate, and a plurality of emission regions above the bottom contact layer. The plurality of emission regions can be disposed one above another. Each of the plurality of emission regions can be configured with different respective band gaps to emit radiation of different wavelengths. The device can comprise a plurality of tunnel junctions. Each of the tunnel junctions can be disposed between at least two corresponding emission regions of the plurality of emission regions. The device can comprise a top contact layer above the plurality of emission regions.

Abstract: Generating a customized playlist may include identifying a user account for which a playlist is to be generated, where the user account is associated with a user listening history, a taste profile, and a social profile, identifying one or more friend accounts linked to the user account based on the social profile, obtaining an indication of a plurality of songs associated with one or more of the friend accounts, determining a listening history for the one or more plurality of songs based on the friend accounts, obtaining a subset of the plurality of songs based on the listening history of the plurality of songs, and generating a playlist from the subset of the plurality of songs.

Abstract: To reduce the overall environmental impact of a residence or commercial facility, a system is provided for integrating energy usage. In such a system, there is a system for capturing solar energy; a system for fermenting biomass and concentrating the fermentate, generating carbon dioxide and ethanol; a system for storing excess energy for subsequent release; and a system for growing biomass. In integrating the systems, the captured solar energy is used as heat and electrical power. Excess energy beyond an instantaneous energy requirement is stored in the system for storing excess energy. Ethanol produced is used as a fuel. Carbon dioxide that is produced is provided to the system for growing biomass. Instantaneous energy deficiencies are reduced by releasing stored excess energy.

Abstract: Treatment of CNS disorders with (1R,4S)-trans 4-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-naphthalenamine; and (1S,4R)-trans 4-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-naphthalenamine is disclosed. A process for preparing 4-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-naphthalenamine is also disclosed. The process includes the preparation of all four isomers of N-[4-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-yl]formamide, which are also useful.

Abstract: Disclosed is an antibody or a binding fragment thereof which binds to quetiapine, which can be used to detect quetiapine in a sample such as in a competitive immunoassay method. The antibody or the fragment thereof can be used in a lateral flow assay device for point-of-care detection of quetiapine, including multiplex detection of aripiprazole, quetiapine, olanzapine, and risperidone in a single lateral flow assay device.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein provide systems and methods for the filtering, selection and presentation of vendors accounting for both user characteristics and vendor characteristics, such that the systems and methods may be used by both customer and vendor alike to better match customer needs with the resource-constrained vendors with whom a successful sale has a higher probability of occurring. Embodiments may include filtering, selecting and/or presenting vendors to a user sorted by the probability that the particular vendor will possess the characteristics that appeal to a particular customer and therefore result in a large probability of sale and suppress presentation of those vendors that are unlikely to be selected by the customer since their characteristics are less consistent with those needed by the customer and, therefore, are unlikely to result in a sale.

Abstract: Methods and devices related to the enhancement the light absorbance characteristics of an optoelectronic device are provided. A method can comprise providing a CoO-ATO sol-gel solution to coat on a silicon substrate. Carbon can be sputtered onto the silicon substrate, and the CoO-ATO sol-gel solution can be deposited on a surface of the carbon deposited silicon substrate. The deposition of the solution can be by spin coating to achieve a uniform thickness of the solution on the surface of the carbon deposited substrate.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a method for processing computer readable electronic files in an investigation in a computer system including a processor coupled to a display and an electronic storage device coupled to the processor. The method includes the processor accessing the electronic files and related data from a data source. The accessed files and related data are culled by the processor based on predetermined filter criteria. The processor stores the remaining files and related data in a third-party data repository and maps a set of electronic files and related data stored in the third-party data repository into a predetermined database schema. The mapped files and related data are analyzed by the processor, which applies a status decision on them. The analyzed electronic files and related data are submitted to a third-party e-discovery processing application based on the applied status decision.

Abstract: A coffee grinder has a housing that includes a ring burr, a shaft extending through the ring burr, a frustoconical burr, and an interlocking plug. An internal bore of the frustoconical burr has an upper cylindrical surface adjacent the top end, an interlocking portion adjacent the bottom edge, and a tapered side surface. The audio synthesizer can also apply an acoustic watermark to the voice-synthesized audio output stream, the acoustic watermark indicating that the voice-synthesized audio output stream is machine made.

Abstract: A method includes obtaining an initial answer entigen group from a knowledge database based on a query entigen group of a query. The method further includes determining that a reliable and definitive answer for the query is not obtainable from the initial answer entigen group. When an incomplete answer entigen is a cause for the inability to obtain the reliable and definitive answer, the method further includes determining a missing element, obtaining data regarding the missing element, updating the incomplete answer entigen with the data to produce an updated answer entigen, and updating the initial answer entigen group with the updated answer entigen to produce an updated answer entigen group. When the updated answer entigen group produces the reliable and definitive answer, the method further includes outputting the reliable and definitive answer.

Abstract: A wireless mesh network includes a plurality of nodes coupled together in parent-child relationships. A child node is configured to cascade listening rate changes upstream to a parent node to perform low-latency communications. The child node transmits an authentication message to the parent node indicating the listening rate change. The child node sets a timer and waits for an acknowledgement from the parent node. If the child node receives the acknowledgement, then the child node and the parent node change listening rate to permit low-latency communications. In addition, if the parent node loses network access, the parent node sets a timer and then waits to abandon the child node until after the timer elapses.

Abstract: An object can be heat-shrinkable packaged by placing an object inside of heat-shrinkable film, sealing the heat-shrinkable film around the object to form a heat-shrinkable package, coupling a first portion of a label to the heat-shrinkable package, and causing the heat-shrinkable film to shrink into heat-shrunk film and the heat-shrinkable package to form into a heat-shrunk package. The label includes an identifier on a second portion of the label. The label remains coupled to the heat-shrunk film after the heat-shrinkable film is caused to shrink into heat-shrunk film. The second portion of the label remains substantially undeformed after the heat-shrinkable film is caused to shrink into heat-shrunk film.
