    Abstract: A baseline difference is determined between a slave line card time stamp corresponding to a slave line card frame sync signal and a master line card time stamp corresponding to a master line card frame sync signal. The slave line card generates subsequent slave line card time stamps for subsequent slave line card frame sync signals and the master line card generates subsequent master line card time stamps for subsequent master line card frame sync signals. Current differences are determined between subsequent slave line card time stamps and the subsequent master line card time stamps and the current differences are compared to the baseline difference. When a mismatch difference occurs (current difference differs from the baseline difference), the mismatch difference causes a phase-locked loop in the master line card to be adjusted or an offset to be provided to the master line card time of day counter.

Text of a role description of a role having a role title is preprocessed. Competencies are inferred from the role description; using the machine learning engine. Competencies are identified from titles in a talent framework being similar to the title using the machine learning engine. The competencies are aggregated into an aggregation of competencies. The competencies in the aggregation are ordered based upon aggregated similarity scores. A proficiency level associated with each of the competencies in the aggregation is adjusted based upon band level and competency type. A plurality of competencies are selected. The role is augmented with metadata that includes the selected plurality of competencies and proficiency levels associated therewith.

    Abstract: A one pedal driving system for an electric vehicle including one or more electric motors includes a controller in wireless communication with one or more external vehicle networks. The controller executes instructions to receive, from the one or more external vehicle networks, an active zone notification that indicates the electric vehicle is traveling into a one pedal driving zone. The one pedal driving zone represents a section of roadway where the electric vehicle decelerates from an initial speed. The controller executes instructions to receive a pedal notification that a driver foot is removed from an accelerator pedal of the electric vehicle. In response to receiving the active zone notification and the pedal notification, the controller instructs the electric vehicle to decelerate from the initial speed by a regenerative braking torque that is created by the one or more electric motors to counteract a forward momentum of the electric vehicle.

A computing device analyzes one or more business rules to identify at least two containers that are eligible for the product merging therebetween and causes the conveying system to move these two containers from the storage structure toward a picking station selected by the control circuit. When the two containers identified as product merging eligible arrive at the picking station, these two containers are kept by the conveying system at the picking station until all of the products are removed from a first one of these two containers and merged together with the products stored in a second one of these two containers.
