Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a base station may use a downlink control information (DCI) message to indicate timing resources to a user equipment (UE) for multiple downlink data repetitions in a slot. In a first implementation, the base station may indicate an explicit time domain resource allocation (TDRA) for one repetition in the TDRA field of the DCI, and the UE may determine implicit TDRAs for the other repetitions based on the explicit TDRA. In a second implementation, the base station may indicate a total TDRA for the full set of repetitions in the TDRA field, and the UE may divide the total TDRA into individual TDRAs for the repetitions. The UE may receive the downlink data repetitions based on determining the TDRAs and may transmit a feedback message in response based on a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) codebook.

Abstract: A passive radio frequency identification (RFID) reader is configured to dynamically vary the Q factor of its resonant antenna coil circuit in order to optimize its performance under different conditions. This RFID reader suitably provides optimal performance for both transponder reading and transponder writing operations, rather than being designed for optimal performance for only one operation or the other, or some fixed compromise between them.

Abstract: A display panel includes a driving backplane, a first electrode layer, a pixel definition layer, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode. The first electrode layer is disposed on one side of the driving backplane and includes a plurality of first electrodes. The pixel definition layer is arranged on the side, same as the first electrode layer, of the driving backplane and exposes each of the first electrodes. The pixel definition layer includes a filling layer and a cut-off layer stacked in a direction away from the driving backplane, where the filling layer has a thickness smaller than the first electrode layer. The cut-off layer is provided with a separation slot located outside the first electrodes, and a first cut-off slot is provided on a sidewall of the separation slot. Abstract: Embodiments provide a vehicle computer coupled to a vehicle. The vehicle computer may be configured to compute (e.g., generate) an automated lane change maneuver moving the vehicle from a first lane into a second, adjacent lane. The lane change maneuver may have commenced while the maneuver was safe to conduct, but a threat vehicle (or another threat object) may be subsequently detected moving into the same target lane. The option to immediately abort the maneuver and return to the original lane may not be appropriate after some time into the lane change maneuver. The vehicle computer may control the vehicle in a lateral position hold along the lane demarcation line for a predetermined amount of time before moving into the second lane when the threat vehicle clears the second lane or returning to the first lane when the threat vehicle does not clear the second lane.

Abstract: In tile-based graphics processing systems, a tiling unit determines which tiles of a rendering space a primitive is in, such that the primitives in a tile can be rendered. Rather than performing tiling calculations for each tile in a bounding box for a primitive, tiling tests can be performed for a subset of the tiles. Then the results of the tiling tests for the subset of tiles can be used to determine whether the primitive is in other tiles which are located within a region bounded by two or more of the tiles of the subset. In this way the tiling process can be implemented without performing tiling calculations for all of the tiles in the bounding box for a primitive. Reducing the number of tiling calculations can help to improve the efficiency of the graphics processing system (in terms of speed and power consumption) for rendering a primitive.
