    Abstract: A plant extraction method includes the following steps: 1) preparation of a crude plant extraction solution; 2) separation of the crude extraction solution through a cation resin and an optional anion resin to obtain a collection solution; 3) concentration of the collection solution obtained in step 2); 4) alcohol precipitation of the concentration solution obtained in step 3); and optionally, step 5) concentration and drying. The method can effectively reduce the content of heavy metals in an extract, and reduce the amount of ethanol used in extraction, thereby improving the product quality and lowering the production cost, and the efficiency and safety of industrial production are improved. The extract obtained by this method can be used to prepare drugs for lowering blood lipid, treating abnormal glucose tolerance, treating diseases related to abnormal blood glucose, or regulating intestinal flora, and can be processed into food products, health-care products or drinks.

The fabrication method mainly includes: (1) fabricating a dense PbSe layer on a substrate through chemical bath deposition (CBD); (2) fabricating a loose plumbonacrite (Pb10O(OH)6(CO3)6) layer on the dense PbSe layer through CBD; (3) placing a sample with the dense PbSe layer and the Pb10O(OH)6(CO3)6 layer in a selenium ion-containing solution to allow an ion exchange reaction to finally form the layered polycrystalline PbSe film. The fabrication method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, and high controllability.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present application are directed towards an integrated memory chip comprising a memory array with a strap-cell architecture that reduces the number of distinct strap-cell types and that reduces strap-line density. In some embodiments, the memory array is limited to three distinct types of strap cells: a source line/erase gate (SLEG) strap cell; a control gate/word line (CGWL) strap cell; and a word-line strap cell. The small number of distinct strap-cell types simplifies design of the memory array and further simplifies design of a corresponding interconnect structure. Further, in some embodiments, the three distinct strap-cell types electrically couple word lines, erase gates, and control gates to corresponding strap lines in different metallization layers of an interconnect structure. By spreading the strap lines amongst different metallization layers, strap-line density is reduced.
