    Abstract: A compressor includes a discharge guide provided to communicate a discharge port and a bypass port to a discharge cover so that refrigerant discharged from the discharge port and the bypass port is guided to the discharge cover and a middle-pressure chamber formed by the fixed scroll, the back-pressure cover, and the discharge guide. The compressor according to the embodiments guarantees the space in which the bypass valve can be installed by a discharge guide mounted to a discharge portion of the fixed scroll, and at the same time forms the middle pressure portion, resulting in efficiency improvement of the compressor. The compressor according to the embodiments reduces noise and vibration generated from the discharge portion of the fixed scroll by the discharge guide.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides modified proteins that are capable of being cleaved by the protease OmpT1. The proteins can be modified in an exposed surface motif to incorporate OmpT1 cleavage sites. Also provided are nucleic acids encoding the modified proteins, bacterial cells that express the modified proteins, and cell free synthesis systems containing modified RF1. The disclosure further provides methods for reducing the deleterious activity of a modified protein in a cell free synthesis system by contacting the modified protein with OmpT1. Also provided are methods for reducing RF1 competition at an amber codon in the cell free synthesis system, and methods for expressing a protein in the cell free synthesis system. The modified proteins of the invention can be used to increase the yield of proteins having non-natural amino acids incorporated at an amber codon.

In various embodiments, a semiconductor wafer is loaded into a processing chamber. While the semiconductor wafer is loaded within the processing chamber, a first pre-epitaxial layer deposition baking process is performed at a first pressure and first temperature. In some cases, after the first pre-epitaxial layer deposition baking process, a second pre-epitaxial layer deposition baking process is then performed at a second pressure and second temperature. In some embodiments, the second pressure is different than the first pressure. By way of example, after the second pre-epitaxial layer deposition baking process and while at a growth temperature, a precursor gas may then be introduced into the processing chamber to deposit an epitaxial layer over the semiconductor wafer.

The wire member is installed between layers of the plate member to secure a gap between the layers of the plate member and forms a filter layer to filter the fluid that flows between the layers of the plate member.
