  • Patent number: 7979059
Abstract: A Fourth generation (4G) Wireless videoconferencing system which employs Quality of Service (QOS) features of a fourth generation wireless network to configure bandwidth on a per call basis. Selection of a videoconferencing terminating subscriber on a video subscriber table in the originating terminal causes the call to be routed directly via the Fourth Generation network to the terminating subscriber terminal and the sending of a class of service to the terminating subscriber terminal embedded in an “alternate caller ID”. The class of service tells the terminating terminal to configure terminating terminal for videoconferencing.

  • Patent number: 7948513
Abstract: A method for providing a videoconferencing service between two fourth generation wireless terminal types including cellular or wireless mobile and fixed terminals, said fixed terminals to include television receivers with a 4G wireless interface, each terminal employing a video camera, a microphone and loudspeaker. All terminal types will be rendered parametrically compatible by use of subscriber tables which identify called terminal parameters and which contain a class of service sequence which identifies the originating terminal's parameters wherein said class of service sequence is sent to the receiving terminal in an alternate caller ID along with selection characters which cause direct routing to the receiving terminal. The called subscriber may opt out of a video send mode by sending a “canned” video frame advising the caller that video is not available.

  • Patent number: 7688203
Abstract: This invention satisfies a need for surveillance of any fixed or mobile location from a 4G wireless terminal or cellular telephone equipped to view video. The surveillance device consists of digital video cameras, microphones and alarms interfacing a control unit which has the ability to time stamp and store all camera outputs on a storage device, recognize alarms, send alarm status to a remote wireless user, receive wireless calls from the remote user and act on remote commands to transmit any camera output occurring during a time period selected by the remote user. The latter will enable the remote user to document video and sound for a time interval of interest. Video and sound of this time interval may be placed in permanent storage for transfer to a portable video medium.

  • Publication number: 20080068445
Abstract: This invention satisfies a need for exchanging video between two wireless mobile or fixed terminals. The service will be carried on a new 4G network which will allow bandwidth configuration on a call-by-call basis to allow a terminal to select the proper bandwidth for voice, data exchange, content download and streaming video. The originating terminal will employ a subscriber table defining bandwidth requirements, and specifying each listed terminating terminal type to allow proper interfacing with the terminating terminal. Use of class of service characters combined with the receiving terminal address sent by the originating terminal will allow the wireless carrier to process the call as a video to video call by accessing a “caller ID” table distinct from the normal voice “caller ID” table.

  • Publication number: 20070182811
Abstract: This invention satisfies a need for exchanging video between two wireless terminals over a new 4G network. It would be impractical to design the service to operate over existing 2G and 3G networks. These older networks exhibit lack of throughput needed for extensive videophone service since they were originally designed for voice service. This invention will employ the new 4G network to allow a terminal to select the proper bandwidth needed to send either voice only or video and voice over the same wireless connection. Use of class of service characters combined with the receiving terminal address sent by the originating terminal will allow the wireless carrier to process the call as a video to video call by accessing a “caller ID” table distinct from the normal voice “caller ID” table. The new originating “caller ID” will be selected from this table and forwarded to the receiving terminal causing it to enter video mode automatically and to use a distinctive ring tone.

  • Publication number: 20070160723
Abstract: This application discloses the concept of coating various baked or fried potato shapes with various types of chocolate including dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate and white chocolate mixed with food coloring. Also disclosed is the production methods (batch processing and continuous production) which may be altered minimally for conversion from producing fried and baked potato products to producing the same products coated with chocolate.
