  • Publication number: 20220210976
Abstract: A harvester for bedded plants having a driving mechanism having two sets of wheels or tracks positioned on opposing sides of a plant bed. An adjustable ā€œUā€ shaped frame allows the legs connected to the wheels/tracks to be elongated or shortened with the cross member also being elongated to meet the demands of the particular plant bed. Secured to the cross member is a harvest mechanism which grips and cuts the plants stock, removes the flowers and or leaves, and then deposits the harvested material into a receiving bin.

  • Publication number: 20220152323
Abstract: The invention is a medical treatment mechanism. Using an organic material which is ignited and inhaled by a patient, such as tobacco or cannabis, a breakable capsule containing the medicine is contained and selectively released so that heat from the ignited organic material activates the medicine. The medicine is released, ideally by the patient breaking the capsule, the medicine is inhaled by the patient for treatment of a medical condition.

  • Publication number: 20220151417
Abstract: A package delivery system wherein packages are distributed through a distribution center's deliverymen. Badges are worn by the deliverymen. The badges include an electronic identifier identifying the deliveryman as well as the company/distribution center, that employs them. On approaching the building's receptacle, the signal from the badge allows the receptacle's locking mechanism to be functional; thereby allowing only authorized deliverymen to gain access to the interior of the receptacle.

  • Publication number: 20200158742
Abstract: The invention provides a method and a structure for balancing cannabinoid metabolites within a patient. Using a stool sample, a panel of cannabinoid metabolite levels is established and compared to ideal ranges thereof. Metabolites outside of the ideal range are treated with a cannabis product or alternatively with traditional medicines.

  • Publication number: 20190221298
Abstract: The invention provides a diagnostic system for naturally occurring organic material including cannabinoid, cannabidiol, and terpenoid treatment. A central computer utilizes a database containing treatment data relating to the use of naturally occurring organic material treatment of specific human conditions. Using patient generated information from a remote data entry apparatus, the central computer withdraws relevant treatment modalities and presents these treatments to the patient and treatment professional.

  • Patent number: 10308625
Abstract: The invention is methodology of producing a variety of cannabis derivatives such as THC, CBD, Delta-11, and budder. The technique involves the steps of: grinding a whole cannabis plant, including the root ball thereof, freezing the ground plant, soaking the frozen ground plant in a selected solvent, and, removing the solvent, thereby producing desired derivative of cannabis. Solvents include coconut oil, olive oil, vegetable oils, avocado oil, and seed oils.

  • Publication number: 20180297726
Abstract: A packaged therapeutic edible containing a derivative of cannabis. The packaging of the therapeutic edible is adapted to minimize the potential for accidental consumption of the edible by a non-patient. Ideally, on the edible, an indicia or inscription of the therapeutic component with its dosage is imprinted onto the edible itself. Additionally, an overlay containing information on the therapeutic component is placed to encase the edible, then the entire assembly is wrapped with yet another label.

  • Publication number: 20180300457
Abstract: A distributed diagnostic computer system in which patients are able to interact with any one of many computers to present their health condition and receive a listing of articles where naturally occurring organic materials have been used for the condition's treatment. Later, the patient is able to record their own personal analysis of the effectiveness of the treatment; this information is then shared with all of the other computers to provide an enhanced ability for other patients to access their choices. Optionally, this information is also shared with laboratories and grow out facilities to enhance the entire medical treatment system.
