Abstract: Provided herein are methods of measuring immune health in a subject. In some embodiments, methods herein comprise, obtaining an immunological measurement from a biological sample from the subject, wherein the immunological measurement comprises antibody-peptide binding. Also provided are computer-implemented methods of predicting immune health, including computer-implemented machine learning algorithms useful in such predictions.
