Abstract: A glove having a top surface and a bottom surface is described herein. The top surface and the bottom surface each have an inner surface and an outer surface. The glove includes a plurality of resistance bands, which can be configured to be removably attached to the glove. The resistance bands can be removably attached at connection points on the outer surface of the glove. The glove can also include at least one adjustable resistance mechanism connected to the glove. The adjustable resistance mechanism is configured to adjust degrees of resistance to motion via the resistance bands.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for collection, storage and processing of tissues and cells. The system includes a collection container with chambers for storing and processing tissues, which are controllably separated and maintain a physiologic environment for the tissues. The system also includes a fluidic device for isolating target cells of interest. The method includes receiving the tissue into a collection chamber, transferring the tissue to a processing chamber, dissociating the tis sue into single cells, and passing the single cells to a device for isolating one or more target cells.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for identification and isolation of cells from tissues using optical spectroscopy. The method includes accessing the cells using an access corridor, measuring the cells using optical spectroscopy, comparing the spectra of the cells to signature spectra, using the comparison to identify the cells and removing the cells into a container. The system includes an access corridor, a probe for measuring the cells, a resection tool, a collection tube and a collection container.
