  • Patent number: 11995137
Abstract: A data server may support segment identification based on a selected user profile. For example, a user may select a user profile as the basis for identifying a segment of additional user profiles. The server may identify attributes associated with the selected user identifier and generate an expression based on the identified subset. The expression may include a normalization function corresponding to at least one attribute. The normalization function may identify correlated attribute values for an attribute associated with the selected user profile. The data server may query a data storage system to identify the additional user profiles based on the expression. The data server may also support user defined Boolean expressions such that the expression is used to identify user identifiers associated with a first attribute and a second attribute.

  • Publication number: 20230410945
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for performing secondary analyses of nucleotide sequencing data in a time-efficient manner. Some embodiments include performing a secondary analysis iteratively while sequence reads are generated by a sequencing system. Secondary analyses can encompass both alignment of sequence reads to a reference sequence (e.g., the human reference genome sequence) and utilization of this alignment to detect differences between a sample and the reference. Secondary analysis can enable detection of genetic differences, variant detection and genotyping, identification of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), small insertions and deletion (indels) and structural changes in the DNA, such as copy number variants (CNVs) and chromosomal rearrangements.

  • Publication number: 20230179038
Abstract: A stator core for an electric machine includes a stator tooth for mounting an electromagnetic coil and a cooling structure associated with the stator tooth. The cooling structure has multiple sections adjacent each other along a direction parallel to the axis of the stator core. Each section includes multiple channels for the flow of a coolant. The plurality of channels are spaced azimuthally from each other and are arranged asymmetrically about the stator tooth. Adjacent sections of the cooling structure along the axis of the stator core are substantially identical to each other and are rotated 180 degrees about a radial direction relative to each other.

  • Publication number: 20210288553
Abstract: A motor arrangement includes a motor having a stator and a rotor. The rotor is rotatable relative to the stator to drive a propulsive component and is arranged radially outside the stator. The stator defines a radially inner space. Motor control components are located within the radially inner space. In one embodiment, the motor arrangement further comprises a cooling system being common to the motor and the motor control components and being located in the radially inner space. The common cooling system may use air generated by the propulsive component driven by the motor to cool the motor and the motor control components. The air from the propulsive component may be ducted into the radially inner space.

  • Publication number: 20070276203
Abstract: A method is provided for improving the health status of members of an entity by using a program in which members may enroll. The method includes publicizing to members a pool of rewards available to those who enroll in the program. For each enrolled member, a target physiological condition is established and successive physiological measurements related to the condition are obtained over a period of time. The target physiological condition and the successive physiological measurements are stored in a digital computer system and a computer process is used to determine and store a score of such member's proximity to the target physiological condition based on each such measurement. An award from the pool to one or more enrolled members is granted based on their scores at the end of the period.
