The outer grinding element is also in communication with the head, wherein the outer grinding element and the inner grinding element are operable to rotate relative to each other. The shaft extends through the inner grinding element and the outer grinding element. The shaft couples with the inner grinding element and comprises a blunt end. The shaft also extends through the neck sleeve, which acts as a spacer between the inner grinding element and the blunt end.
