    Abstract: A wearable tool carrier having two harnesses, with one harnesses worn over each shoulder by inserting the arm of the user through the harness. A tool pouch is provided on one harness for a power tool, and a cargo carrier is provided on the opposite harness. Various articles may be transported by the cargo carrier, including a spare battery for the power tool, a roll of wire, or an accessory carrier. The tool pouch and cargo carrier are positioned underneath the arms of the user, and relatively high up on the torso, where they are out of the way during normal movement of the user.
