Abstract: A storage container operable to be suspended from a structure is disclosed. The storage container includes a housing having a plurality of sides configured to provide an enclosed space configured to store one or more packages. The storage container includes a first opening on a bottom portion comprising a platform configured to be lowered to receive the one or more packages. The storage container includes a top opening configured to open to receive the one or packages, and close to secure the one or more packages. The storage container includes a transceiver configured to send and receive one or more messages or signals from a user equipment (UE). The storage container includes a locking device configured to lock each of the bottom opening and the top opening.
