Also provided are systems of chimeric priming receptors that bind ALPG and/or ALPP, chimeric antigen receptors that bind MSLN, and at least one of one or more suppressors of gene expression, and/or one or both of cytokines and/or synthetic pathway activators; cells expressing such systems; and methods of use thereof.

Abstract: The invention provides for systems, methods, and compositions for targeting RNA. In particular, the invention provides a non-naturally occurring or engineered RNA-targeting system comprising an RNA-targeting Cas protein and at least one RNA-targeting guide RNA, wherein said RNA-targeting guide RNA is capable of hybridizing with a target RNA in a cell.

Abstract: Implementations of the disclosed subject matter provide a face mask that may include a transparent plastic piece having a front side, a back side, a top side, a bottom side, a left side, and a right side. A first conformable member may be affixed to a first portion of the back side and disposed parallel to the top side. A second conformable member may be affixed to a second portion of the back side and disposed parallel to the bottom side. The face mask may include straps, ear loops, and/or head bands so that it may be secured to a user.
