  • Patent number: 8516779
Abstract: A bale wrapping attachment for a baler that forms round bales is mounted at a rear portion of the baler and includes a support for a supply of wrapping material that is formed as a web and rolled into a roll. The web is passed across a fixed, non-rotating feed bar. The wrapping attachment includes a guillotine type knife that cooperates with a cross frame member forming an anvil. The knife is slidable between a retracted position and a cutting position wherein a knife carried by the cutter engages the cross frame member to sever material underneath the knife. When the knife is in its retracted position, the non-rotating feed bar is moved to a position wherein wrapping material draped over the feed bar contacts exposed surfaces of bale forming belts from the baler, causing the wrapping material to be carried with the belts and into the bale chamber to wrap around the bale.

  • Patent number: 7337603
Abstract: A material reclaiming device is positioned below the bale forming of a round baler. The bale forming belts are spaced apart. The reclaiming device underlies a region to the bale chamber to catch material falling through the spaces between the bale forming belts and move the material forwardly, to be recycled or reclaimed into the in-feed region of the baler. A trough is provided under an in-feed drum to receive the material from the reclaiming device and cause such material to be carried with the incoming material into the bale forming chamber.

  • Patent number: 6550704
Abstract: A large industrial waste tub grinder is mounted onto a lift or support frame that has a connection for a hook from a hoist on a truck so that the lift or support frame can be placed onto the truck and offloaded from the truck utilizing a conventional hook hoist. The lift or support frame supports the tub grinder on the ground surface, for in place use, the lift or support frame carries stabilizers for insuring that the lift or support frame provides a stable mounting for the tub grinder.

  • Patent number: 6517019
Abstract: A tub grinder is used for grinding industrial wastes, including large stumps, lumber chunks and the like. A cover member is pivoted alongside the tub, and is made in two sections. An upright frame section is pivoted near a plane along the bottom of the tub, and extends upwardly to a level at or adjacent to the top of the tub. A cover section is pivotally mounted to the upright frame and can be adjusted about a generally horizontal axis from a generally horizontal position to an upwardly extending position. The upright frame can be tilted outwardly so that the cover section is out of registry with the tub to permit the tub to be loaded.

  • Patent number: 6109217
Abstract: A snowmobile having a liquid-cooled engine with an improved cooling system is disclosed. The snowmobile has a chassis with a drive tunnel. Horizontal footrests extend laterally from opposite sides of the chassis. The snowmobile also has left and right elongate side coolers that dissipate heat generated by the engine. The side coolers have a hollow interior that is in fluid communication with liquid coolant passages in the engine. Each cooler extends longitudinally and is mounted at an outer edge of a respective footrest to form a footwell. The snowmobile has a pump that circulates coolant throughout the coolant circuit formed by the side coolers and the internal passages of the engine. The side coolers may also contain heat exchanging anti-skid studs that extend outward from the surface of each side cooler. The snowmobile may also contain front and rear heat exchangers connected within the coolant circuit and positioned at the front and rear ends of the tunnel, respectively.
