  • Publication number: 20230392870
Abstract: An HVAC system for use with a first refrigerant and a second refrigerant. The HVAC system may include a first refrigerant circuit for use with the first refrigerant, a second refrigerant circuit for use with the second refrigerant, and a heat exchanger. The first refrigerant circuit and the second refrigerant circuit may each include may include a compressor, an expansion device, and an evaporator. The compressor may include a first upper section, a first lower section, a second upper section in fluid communication with the first lower section, and a second lower section in fluid communication with the first upper section. The first upper section, the first lower section, the second upper section, and the second lower section may be arranged such that the first refrigerant and the second refrigerant both flow through a majority of a face area of condenser while remaining in two different circuits.

  • Patent number: 10783678
Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus, system, and method for the bulk blending of dry component materials to produce a blended product mix. The apparatus utilizes a special construction that allows multiple bulk dry materials to be added simultaneously to create a blended mix compliant with a desired or specified mixture of cement components. The system is automated by use of a controller, and provides real-time data to a user as to rates and amounts of materials blended and delivered over time.

  • Patent number: 10617555
Abstract: An ostomy pouch vent includes a venting portion and a closure portion. The venting portion includes a cylindrical vent body defining a through-opening passage though the body. The closure portion including a closer body that is adapted to engage the vent body to selectively close the through-opening and a support member supporting the closure body. The support member manipulates the closure body into registration with the vent body to close the through-opening and manipulating the closure body away from the vent body to open the through-opening. A pair of grasping members extends in generally opposite directions from the support member. The grasping members have a grasping surface configured to be engaged by fingers of a user to apply a force to the support member.

  • Patent number: 10316618
Abstract: The invention includes a system and method for determining and using liquid based chemical additives to modify the performance of various products used during downhole cementing of wells such as oil wells. The method comprises preparing a cement mix, determining a fluid properties profile for the mix corresponding to discrete elevations or sections within the well to be cemented, preparing chemical additives to modify the fluid properties of the mix, and pumping the cement mix while continuously injecting additives to ensure the cement mix conforms to the fluid properties profile.
