  • Publication number: 20240117441
Abstract: The invention provides methods to noninvasively profile the tumor or the tumor microenvironment using a body fluid sample such as a blood draw. Methods of the disclosure use a liquid biopsy analysis to profile immune cell abundance and diversity in the tumor microenvironment and to predict a patient's response to therapy, particularly to immunotherapy. Specifically, methods of the disclosure are useful to predict immunotherapy toxicity (and treatment toxicity more generally) from cell-free DNA methylation cell state analysis.

  • Patent number: 11799892
Abstract: Methods, non-transitory computer readable media, and database activity monitor devices that deploy a monitoring proxy into a virtual private cloud (VPC) network hosted by a first public cloud network following detection in the VPC network of a new database associated with an entity. The monitoring proxy is configured to obtain and report the activity data based on a first database type of the cloud database. A determination is made when at least one security check defined in at least one security policy is violated based on an analysis of the activity data. An alert is automatically output via a communication network, when the determination indicates the security check is violated. One or more interactive dashboards are generated and output based on the activity data. The interactive dashboards comprise a historical database activity report for the entity.

  • Patent number: 11759695
Abstract: A ski carrying apparatus that includes a first strap securable around a set of primary skis and a second strap securable around a first set of secondary skis. The ski carrying apparatus can also include a linkage assembly that connects the first strap to the second strap that permits the second strap to be positioned substantially perpendicular to the first strap when the ski carrying apparatus is in use. Another embodiment of a ski carrying apparatus for supporting sets of secondary skis. The ski carrying apparatus includes a first strap securable around a first set of secondary skis and a second strap securable around a second set of secondary skis. The ski carrying apparatus can also include a handle that can be removably attached to the first or second strap for carrying the two sets of secondary skis.

  • Patent number: 11651785
Abstract: Methods are described for forming a mounting surface on a slider body. In one method, an adhesion layer can be deposited on a top surface of a slider body. A first photolithography cycle deposits a first metal layer having a first thickness of at least 8 ?m. A second photolithography cycle deposits a second metal layer having a second thickness of at least 8 ?m over the first metal layer. The first and second layer form a mounting support on the top surface. In another method, the top surface is etched to form a mounting support.

  • Patent number: 11355144
Abstract: A slider includes a slider body with an air-bearing surface and a top surface opposing the air-bearing surface. A plurality of slider bond pads are disposed on or parallel to the top surface and proximate to or at a trailing edge of the slider. The plurality of slider bond pads have an exposed surface facing away from the top surface of the slider body. One or more mounting supports extend from the top surface to a distance of at least 12 ?m above the exposed surface of the plurality of slider bond pads.

  • Patent number: 11223529
Abstract: Methods, non-transitory computer readable media, and infrastructure management devices that inventory, and facilitate improved security of, public cloud databases are illustrated. With this technology, access data for one or more accounts associated with one or more public cloud networks is obtained. This technology then periodically identifies, stores an indication of, and obtains and stores a state of, a plurality of databases hosted by the public cloud networks using the obtained access data and one or more application programming interfaces (APIs) provided by the public cloud networks for each of one or more types of the databases. A dashboard comprising an inventory of the databases for a historical time period is then generated, based on the stored indication and state of each of the databases, and output.

  • Publication number: 20210382860
Abstract: A method, non-transitory computer readable medium, and device that monitors a blockchain based on one or more schematized transactions includes ingesting a block of a blockchain for monitoring. A transaction of the block is schematized to identify one or more fields for data types in the received transaction. A determination is made whether data in one or more of the identified fields of the schematized transaction matches one or more conditions of one or more rules associated with at least one stored policy. Execution of at least one action is triggered based on the determination that the data in at least one of the identified fields of the schematized transaction matches at least one of the conditions of one of the rules associated with the at least one stored policy.

  • Publication number: 20210378294
Abstract: A waterless gravity bong includes a housing forming an interior air chamber. A removable cap is positioned at one end of the housing while a bowl is positioned to extend into the removable cap for holding combustible herbal products. A plunger is configured to move within the air chamber for pushing and pulling air within the chamber. The plunger draws ignited smoke from the bowl into the air chamber such that the bowl can be removed for allowing the ignited smoke to be forced from the air chamber into the user's lungs during an inhaled breath.

  • Publication number: 20070022480
Abstract: The invention is a method for tracking and analyzing an application for modifications and changes. The method is used to ensure the integrity of the application remains intact. The application is inventoried upon setup. The application is then subsequently re-inventoried on a regular basis. Each new inventory is examined against the original inventory to determine if any changes have taken place. When a change is detected, the change is highlighted to be approved or examined to determine the specifics of the change in order that corrective action can be taken if deemed necessary.
