Patent number: 10340646Abstract: An Edison lamp holder adapter for adapting an electrical quick connect for connection to the lamp holder. The adapter includes an external housing and a ball shaped internal housing translating within the external housing. The external housing has lateral conductors formed with a resilient upper detent and a resilient lower detent, wherein the ball shaped internal housing selectively snaps into one of the detents. When the ball shaped internal housing resides within the upper detent, the electrical conductors of the adapter contact the internal conductors of the lamp holder to complete the circuit.Type: GrantFiled: August 27, 2018Date of Patent: July 2, 2019Assignee: Cordelia Lighting Inc.Inventors: Huan C. Publication number: 20190178454Abstract: A friction blade trim retention system is disclosed. The friction blade trim retention system uses friction blades that are biased radially outward to engage the interior wall of a can housing to hold a trim assembly of a recessed light fixture therein. The system includes vertical translating components that include spring biased detents to toggle between an upper position and a lower position. The detent lower position allows the installer to install the friction blade inside the can in a first step. The installer in the second step pushes the trim assembly upward into the can to engage the upper detent, thus completing installation.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 5, 2019Publication date: June 13, 2019Applicant: CORDELIA LIGHTING INC.Inventors: HUAN C. NGUYEN, AARON O'BRIEN

Publication number: 20190086056Abstract: A LED panel light fixture or luminaire for mounting to a ceiling or a wall provides a reduced bright to darkness illumination ratio. The luminaire includes a housing with a front diffuser and a back supporting LED strips, and several side walls. The height of the housing is less than 3 inches, with internal dimensions X, Y and Z, such that X:Y=1:7 when Z is <1.5 inch. The LED strips provide Full Width Half Max beam angle ?>100°, and emit <50 lumens. The luminaire thus provides a reduced, visible bright to dark ratio of equal to or less than about 8:1 at the diffuser when the LED strips are energized.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 19, 2017Publication date: March 21, 2019Applicant: CORDELIA LIGHTING, INC.Inventors: HUAN C. Publication number: 20180223954Abstract: The present invention is a metal cable locking mechanism for allowing the cable to pass through the locking mechanism in one direction but grips the metal cable when it is attempted to be removed from the locking mechanism in the opposite direction. The locking mechanism includes a housing having a through passageway for receiving the cable, a tapering internal cavity, wherein a wheel and spring are positioned within the internal cavity, the spring biasing the wheel toward a narrower end of the internal cavity. The wheel is wedged between the cable and an internal cavity ramp whenever a force is applied to the cable attempting to withdraw the cable. A releasing device can be manually inserted into a slot passage to force the wheel away from the narrower end of the internal cavity so that the locking mechanism will ungrasp the cable.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 7, 2018Publication date: August 9, 2018Inventor: Michael Aaron O'Rourke

Publication number: 20180136929Abstract: An enterprise web application management system includes a cloud computing network having a WebApp database to store WebApp code. An on-premise local computing network is remotely located from the cloud computing network. The on-premise local computing network runs a current WebApp based on a current WebApp code, and communicates with the cloud computing network to determine whether the cloud computing network stores an updated version of the current WebApp code. The on-premise local computing network automatically downloads the updated version of the WebApp code from the cloud computing network in response to detecting that the updated version is stored at the cloud computing network, and locally stores the updated version of the WebApp code. The on-premise local computing network automatically spins up a new WebApp based on the updated version of the WebApp code in response to locally storing the updated version of the WebApp code.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 23, 2017Publication date: May 17, 2018Inventors: Aaron O.
