    Abstract: A system and method for auto-adjudication of pet insurance claims and precertifications includes receiving user sign on information, sending the user sign on credentials over a communication network to a central cloud server where they are used to retrieve the match hospital's database pool. The hospital database pool is searched for an invoice matching the claim information sent or an estimate matching the precertification information sent with the user credentials and is retrieved and transmitted from the central cloud server to a machine-learning model in a backend system server.
